I purchased excellent condition but there were scratches, (clearly visible from 30 cm) dust in the consol and controller with clear signs of wear and tear. This was my first purchase from Backmarket and experience was pretty poor.

The gameboy arrived scratched, dirty and missing the battery cover, it was not what was in the picture at all, I have taken it upon myself to take it apart clean the insides from dirt and replace the shell so it looks more presentable. The only positive I can say is it works perfectly. I will be deleting this app because I can’t justify spending £60 on something that is such low quality. As a retro game aficionado I was very excited to come across your site, but I was left disappointed. I will not be recommending to my network.
