3.2/5I purchased excellent condition but there were scratches, (clearly visible from 30 cm) dust in the consol and controller with clear signs of wear and tear. This was my first purchase from Backmarket and experience was pretty poor.

1/5DON NOT BUY. I bought this product and it arrived broken and dirty even though I bought the “excellent” version. Screen came with dead pixels and scratches all over. When I went to ask for a refund they claim that this is not covered by warranty and they can’t provide a refund, even though they are the ones that sent me a faulty product. Now I am just stuck with a broken device and out £150. Very disappointing do not trust these scammers.
