Received the MacBook Pro ahead of schedule, which was great. The Mac is excellent quality, had been refurbished to a high standard and it was easy to setup.

The laptop is in near perfect condition. The only visual imperfection is a minor dent in the top of the casing. I tested the hardware and there are no issues. There also only appears to have 50 hours of use so the machine is near to new. I am very happy with this. It exceeded my expectations.

Running Debian 13 xfce, this is laudable hardware. It can't cope with Win11Pro without the fan winding up permanently. It can run Tiny11 as a silent replacement Microsoft equivalent though so Microsoft is responsible for the bloat, nobody else. An enjoyable bit of professional kit with a good five years left in it still.

The laptop itself is in as expected condition. Aside the "A" key being battered. However, definitely not "refurbished". Needed multiple updates to bring up to scratch and code running to make sure it was starting in Safe Boot. Please reach out to me Backmarket.

It arrived much quicker than originally told, packed securely. Everything works wonderfully. I am using it for my photography and finding uploads and graphics quick and easy.

The Good: It works, wonderfully. I did have an issue with the laptop overheating however later realised it was due to not updating it properly as I should have done. The bad: nothing.

PLEASE CAREFUL BUYING LAPTOPS FROM HERE!!! Ordered Lenovo Thinkpad T14 Gen 1 14 inch 2019 Core i7-10510U-16GB-512GB SSD with IPS screen and a Nvedia graphics card and not a intergrated one. BUT when I recieved the item it was a RGB screen and it had an intergrated graphics. also I bought the Good condition one but there was a crack on the case which was another issue. The battery only lasted 1 hr 38 mins while having chrome open which is funny for a refurbished laptop. Tried to contact them to see If i could get some of my money back but not refund as my University studies start and need my laptop for my studies, and I paid extra for the specs I saw online but I got a laptop that would cost less and for the condition it was in not worth. But support only told me to send them the laptop back wasting my time. Please buy a laptop thats less performing and not from here as Its a BIG RISK.
