After seeing some reviews, I had some concerns! But the opposite of what they say. It arrived in the expected time - three days - I don't know to what extent it is reconditioned, because I see it as new, unused. Everything is perfect! If I need it, I will trust Back Market again!

I am super satisfied with the purchase, I ordered it with a good battery health (85%) and it arrived to me with a 100% health besides arriving with a hydrogel screen valued at 20€, the truth is that I loved it and I am totally sure that I will trust you again for another mobile phone.

Iphone 12 mini ordered for my son's Christmas. Took it in 128g perfect condition. The iphone arrived as new with just a scratch on the frame which is no longer visible with the shell. Battery changed by the company without having taken the option so 💯%. My son is delighted. I recommend this reconditioner: Telefonía e informática Gonzaga.

So far it is almost perfect. It arrived in good condition and works very well. It came with the charging cable but no USB-C transformer/adapter. I think I have made a good purchase. The strap doesn't quite fit and sometimes slips, so I have to be careful that it doesn't come off.

Perfect delivery time. The only downside was that the phone's touchscreen didn't work straight away. I contacted the retailer who refurbished the phone, who was very responsive but didn't really try to help me and instead judged the fact that I had chosen "long delivery" (I didn't even know this was possible, probably a careless error on my part) and that "customer service normally responds within 24 hours and I replied to you in two minutes, so sorry, the deadline has passed". I had to find out for myself how to switch off the phone with a touch that wasn't working. Fortunately it worked afterwards, but I hope there are no other problems with the screen... The shopkeeper who refurbished the phone didn't offer to make any commercial gesture and took the liberty of judging me as I said above. And I don't intend to contact him again except to send the phone back if there are any more problems. This is the first time I've bought a refurbished phone, and it was for my mum, so I'm really pleased with Back Market's communication. But I'd be careful about the retailer who refurbishes the products next time. Thank you
