Was a little hesitant of buying a device with fair grading but i’m very impressed. Everything functions as it should, screen and body is in good condition. The only wear is minor around the edges and one scratch on the underside of the device. A great deal for a great machine, glad I went for it! Thanks very much :)

I am so impressed with this MacBook! It came within 15 hours of ordering and was in perfect condition even though I selected 'Good' condition. The screen and outside of the MacBook are in mint condition with a few faint surface scratches on the bottom of the laptop. There was minimal wear on the silicone feet which I replaced after a few weeks when I was sure I would be keeping it. Opening the back to put on the new feet also allowed me to see that the inside was also brand new and perfectly expert cleaned as advertised - with not even a spec of dust! This is the first MacBook I have ever owned and I can confidently say I will never go back to windows. Dispite the age of the laptop, which I was a little worried about, it works at exactly the same speed as my 2022 iPad and there is nothing I cannot do with it despite it being 10 years old at this time. The glowing apple on the back is an added bonus! I have always dreamed of having my own MacBook and never would have been able to afford one without BackMarket, and would be worried about the condition if I bought one elsewhere. When the laptop first arrived the lower case O wouldn't work but after a quick google searched I realised it was because of an accessibility setting (so watch out for that, its not broken!) - and it has been perfect since. I have already shown off my new laptop to friends and family and highly recommended to my friends!!!! I will not think twice about ordering from BackMarket again. 10/10. I am taking care of this laptop with daily surface cleaning, new rubber feet, silicone dust plugs and a hard plastic case to ensure that it lasts me hopefully another 10 years and prevent any wear and tear. The laptop is very good, no scuffs or marks that I can see but it arrives already set up with an account meaning it needs factory resetting to fully set it up properly as your own device. Other than that it’s good.
