    The delivery was super quick, arriving before the estimated dates and was packaged really well. It came in brilliant condition to say that it was described as fair, it just looked lightly used. The setup was really easy too since the laptop arrived with a note which had instructions of how to add a new account. The laptop runs super smoothly and had everything installed, would definitely recommend this seller

    Really pleased with this laptop. Even though I bought ‘fair’ condition it was very good to me with a couple of marks on the lid. Impressed with the quality and speed and my son, who helped me with the spec I needed, was impressed with the overall product and performance. I also have the details of the tech team that refurbished the laptop with a years guarantee. I will never buy new again.

    Described as fair condition yet apart from some mild scuffs and marks on the actual lid, the screen and keyboard are perfect. Not found anything wrong so far. It's fast and does everything I need it to do. Also was listed as having a 1366 × 768 resolution screen but I didn't notice that until after I purchased it so I was prepared to return it as soon as it arrived. But to my surprise, it was in fact a 1920 x 1080 screen so that also worked out well.
