    I ordered a Lenovo T480, but ended up receiving a T480s instead. At first I was a bit unsure, but it actually turned out to be a nice upgrade, so I’m pretty happy overall. The laptop arrived in really good condition and works perfectly with no issues so far. The T480s is lighter and feels a bit more premium than what I originally ordered, so in the end I feel like I came out better off. Customer service was solid too. There was a mix-up initially, but it was handled and sorted without too much hassle, which I appreciate. All in all, even though it wasn’t exactly what I ordered, I’m pleased with the outcome and happy with the machine.

    I got the wrong laptop, a Toshiba Protege instead of a Tecra but I'm happy with what I got. Laptop looks good and works good, and is value for money. As I was desperate to replace my broken down laptop due to urgent work needs, I would have not been able to afford returning it from a ligistic point of view unless it was broken. The company made no communication with me that the don't have a Tecra therefore they're sending me a Protege instead, so I can just assume it was a mistake on their part. The specifications are the same so again, happy with what they sent.

    Great is that the device arrived promptly and there was good communication via the backmarket team. However, device clearly had not been refurbished properly and checked thoroughly by the vendor as there was a rubbery/foam blockage in the charging port that could not be removed. There was no real troubleshooting advice so the item had to be returned (double waste of time as I had started setting it up…)
