    I got the wrong laptop, a Toshiba Protege instead of a Tecra but I'm happy with what I got. Laptop looks good and works good, and is value for money. As I was desperate to replace my broken down laptop due to urgent work needs, I would have not been able to afford returning it from a ligistic point of view unless it was broken. The company made no communication with me that the don't have a Tecra therefore they're sending me a Protege instead, so I can just assume it was a mistake on their part. The specifications are the same so again, happy with what they sent.

    Great is that the device arrived promptly and there was good communication via the backmarket team. However, device clearly had not been refurbished properly and checked thoroughly by the vendor as there was a rubbery/foam blockage in the charging port that could not be removed. There was no real troubleshooting advice so the item had to be returned (double waste of time as I had started setting it up…)

    I'm so happy. The thinkpad came with the 'new device' smell XD Was well packaged and tho the device itself was a bit scuffed on the case I've had no problems with using it. Was a bit of a pain getting windows how I like it, but since I got that sorted out its been a joy to work on.
