Brought for my son to use at university, no problems at all, great performance and battery life. If you’re buying for your son or daughter you don’t need a new laptop just for studies, this will do it all and more for much less.

I got the wrong laptop, a Toshiba Protege instead of a Tecra but I'm happy with what I got. Laptop looks good and works good, and is value for money. As I was desperate to replace my broken down laptop due to urgent work needs, I would have not been able to afford returning it from a ligistic point of view unless it was broken. The company made no communication with me that the don't have a Tecra therefore they're sending me a Protege instead, so I can just assume it was a mistake on their part. The specifications are the same so again, happy with what they sent.

Правда ещё не проверила AutoCAD. Также мне нравится звук. Яркость экрана хотелось бы больше для работы с цветовой палитрой, но за эту цену и б/у я больше не ожидала. Windows 11, конечно же, бесит сам по себе, но это вопрос не к ноутбуку. Модель в точности как написано на сайте. Купила дополнительную гарантию на 12 месяцев.

I'm so happy. The thinkpad came with the 'new device' smell XD Was well packaged and tho the device itself was a bit scuffed on the case I've had no problems with using it. Was a bit of a pain getting windows how I like it, but since I got that sorted out its been a joy to work on.

This laptop was for my elderly mum who just wanted something to browse the Interne following the demise of a really old Acer laptop . Absolutely ideal. The whole sales process was faultless.

I've bought a couple of refurbished Lenovo Think Pads for our field team over the past 12 months but they were from a different refurbisher, not through BackMarket. As the other company didn't have any in stock when I needed another one, and having purchased 3 refurbished mobiles from Back Market before and been delighted, I thought I'd give one a go. The laptop works perfectly and is quick, suggesting that much of the bloat associated with new equipment has been removed. The case is a bit 'shiny', unlike the matt finish I've received before so I suspect this has been done to try to make the laptop look as good as it could, and someone went a bit overboard with the dashboard polish! Personally, I'd have preferred a slightly scratched matt finish but this is a minor gripe. I'm in the process of loading some diagnostic software and this is a time consuming and tricky process but the laptop seems to be handling it ith ease, so if it performs as well in the field once it reaches its new owner, I'll be a happy shopper.
