My Samsung phone came promptly. Ordered the "Good" category and was more than pleased with the condition of the device. To be honest - I could not see any signs of wear. Set up my phone with no problem. BackMarket have one very happy customer here and I would highly recommend them.

Really impressed with the website and the delivery. This was the first time buying a refurbished phone . The phone was in immaculate condition and the price paid for it was really reasonable. I brought the phone as a present for my child and he was happy with it. Would definitely buy from backmarket again.

Everything uploaded from my old iPhone 11 and the experience was relatively easy. The 12 mini is a nice phone for the price and an upgrade from my last phone. I prefer to buy 2nd hand and have a sim only contract; no pressure and no big monthly bills.

Delighted with my 12mini. Fits beautifully in my handbag. Had to learn a few new skills as my last IPhone was pretty ancient. It was delivered so quickly and I was very happy with the condition. The case was a bonus.

Very pleased with phone. Came as I had requested, ie screen as new, case with only minor blemishes. Transferred all info over off my IPhone SE and only have had minor tweaks to make new phone perfect. Had estimate for my old phone, sent it away, condition I reported accepted, money in bank within a few days. Total experience 10/10. Thank You - will use you next time.

I ordered the Good condition 13 mini and after a wipe and polish (it wasn't clean) it was almost mint. Great price, quick delivery, great product, would buy again here without hesitation. Nice to get a free case as well.

Phone was in mint condition, the only thing I could moan about is that when I first switched it on it warned me that there was a camera been repaired with an unauthorised part and makes the phone warranty void, which isn’t really a big thing because it’s out of warranty anyway being a few years old, hence why I gave 5 stars.

I really needed a new phone but I didn't have the budget for the phone i wanted. I'm really happy with this phone. Minimal scratches and a fraction of the price. Haven't had any issues with the phone so far very happy!!
