From start to finish the ordering process was straight forward. My new iPhone arrived quicker than expected. For a fair condition phone, there are only a couple marks on the back, the screen is perfect. As the phone is kept in a clear bumper case, you can barely see them. Put a screen protector on & away I go. Also, the battery capacity is at 95%, pretty awesome I'd say. I highly recommend Back Market to anyone looking for a new phone. Everything uploaded from my old iPhone 11 and the experience was relatively easy. The 12 mini is a nice phone for the price and an upgrade from my last phone. I prefer to buy 2nd hand and have a sim only contract; no pressure and no big monthly bills.
