All good as I use it for my music and cabaret shows but when it's plugged in the mains I get a slight interference over my PA system. I may have to get another mains unit as this one may be faulty. But overall I am very pleased

Laptop in very good condition, fast shipping, it came with a brand new charger and the performance is flawless.

The laptop is amazing! Perfect for my business. The only con would be is the communication and misleading information about delivery. If the delivery is going to be later than been advertised, they should let the customer know.

It was a pleasure doing business with Back Market. My order was dispatched and delivered very quickly indeed. Although I am not very technical minded person, I am getting to know and use my MackBook which so far it’s lovely to learn new things about this product. It is in absolute prestige condition just like new. So far so good and very happy.

Hp Probook is like new, not a mark on it. It also came with 20Gb rather than the 16Gb stated which is a nice bonus. Used the free upgrade for Win11, it’s a great machine at a great price. Very pleased.

This was in even better condition that described, for the price it felt like I stole the thing. Came packaged it it’s own little puffa jacket and looked as fresh as then day it was made. Works a treat no lag everything I could have hoped for.

Delivery of the laptop was very quick and it was properly packaged to prevent damage. However, the screen was a bit dusty. The laptop itself is almost like new with no scratches. The energy saving option that is supposed to stop charging the laptop at 80% does not seem to be working as it keeps charging past 80%. The last thing to note is that I am not a big fan of how the keyboard feels and sounds when I type, but this is just personal preference. Overall, I think it is definitely worth the money and it does the job I want it for very well.

Original item arrived in what outwardly looked like excellent condition. Unfortunately the main battery had a health of less than 10%, and the system refused to charge even the secondary battery in this state. I returned the laptop and it was sent back repaired. The laptops main battery had been replaced but now the system would immedidately shut down upon removing the charging cable. Not wanting to go through the repair process again, I took the laptop apart and properly reseated and calibrated the new battery. The laptop now works great but took unnecessary effort to get to this point.

Condition was quite good with only 1-2 minor scratches. Monitor screen and buttons work well. The packaging was a bit concerning as the outer box was bigger than the screen and everything inside was bubble wrapped. So it's not feasible to repack it and the components moved a bit in the box which concerned me initially but it was fine.

Great experience. Laptop was in better condition than expected and works perfectly so far plus shipping was prompt.
