The Mac book was in perfect condition, super fast delivery, I must say I am so impressed in the price and the condition of the computer, This is the third item my family have brought from Black Market and I am definitely a customer for life,

Works well - only issue with the computer (heat and occasional high fan noise) was expected since that’s an issue with the model overall. Surprisingly good quality with few marks even though I ordered fair condition.

Great price, and very quick delivery. The item was very securely packed too. Everything is excellent and in great condition, however, the power cable supplied is far too short so I had to buy a longer one.

Product arrived promptly and was well packaged. The monitor was in good condition and has been working brilliantly so far. Excellent product and excellent prices. Can't fault anything really so thank you BackMarket.

Laptop works great. Only thing that I would complain about is the broken screw in the front. The laptop was not new new so I knew what I was getting myself into, just irritating to view and see whenever I use the laptop. It definitely needs more RAM, but that’s for myself to sort out

arrived in as new condition, so far performing like new, my only problem was that it didn't have WIFI not the fault of Back Market I should have read the blurb more carefully, it was a simple and inexpensive fix so all is good.

Delivery driver has so inappropriate behaviour, he just left the item on the corridor, also misbehaving with my child please don’t use this kind of delivery driver

I had a bit of delay with the power supply delivery but the customer service team handled this adequately. For now, no issues with the device.
