Great transparency from start to finish. Absolute bargain, a mint condition phone with the tiniest blemish in a place invisible with a case and inconsequential of performance. It has changed my impression of what refurbished phones can be and will use again in the future to save well over half the retail price. It would be silly not to!

I recently bought the Galaxy Z Flip5 512GB in Blue, and I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s very compact and light, making it super easy to carry around. The phone works a treat with my Android Auto unit, and everything runs smoothly, even when closed up, taking less space up in the car. The design is sleek, and the build quality feels premium. Out of all the Samsung Galaxy phones I’ve owned & this replaced my current Galaxy A54, this is definitely one of the better ones. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, compact, powerful, and fun-to-use phone.

The phone arrived very quickly. It was exactly as described. Excellent condition, no noticeable marks, a few but only if you look very closely under strong light. Battery seems solid. Great value, saved hundreds of quid. My only criticism is there was some grime in the grooves around the edge of the screen which I had to clean by running a piece of paper in, forcing a fair bit of mashed up dirt. Not a major, but also, don't really expect to be having to do that, even on a used/refurbished phone. All in all a good merchant and would definitely purchase from again.

Went for excellent condition and received an immaculate iPhone. Really pleased with battery performance and general performance of the phone so far. First purchase with back market and I'm sure I will return.

Really good so far! Been using the phone for 10 days, and seems as good as new. Battery seems healthy, screen in good condition. Only disappointment was to see the price drop by £60 the day after I brought the phone 😭 Good stuff, though, will be recommending.

My wife's phone needed replacing after dropping it in the loo. She has always loved the Pixel phones but I was a bit dubious about a refurbished phone and had never used Back Market before. I bit the bullet after I saw the price which was very good compared to a new phone. We chose 'Excellent' in condition as this was only very slightly more in price than 'very good'. When the phone arrived I could not believe it, there was not even the slightest visible blemish anywhere and I inspected it all over, it may as well have been brand new. The handset works as it should and my wife loves it. For those who have doubts, I say go for it. What can I say,, my Galaxy 24+ was exactly as described and then some!! The condition of it was like I received a brand new mobile! My first time using Back Market was easy and friendly to use.
