I recently bought the Galaxy Z Flip5 512GB in Blue, and I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s very compact and light, making it super easy to carry around. The phone works a treat with my Android Auto unit, and everything runs smoothly, even when closed up, taking less space up in the car. The design is sleek, and the build quality feels premium. Out of all the Samsung Galaxy phones I’ve owned & this replaced my current Galaxy A54, this is definitely one of the better ones. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, compact, powerful, and fun-to-use phone.

The phone arrived very quickly. It was exactly as described. Excellent condition, no noticeable marks, a few but only if you look very closely under strong light. Battery seems solid. Great value, saved hundreds of quid. My only criticism is there was some grime in the grooves around the edge of the screen which I had to clean by running a piece of paper in, forcing a fair bit of mashed up dirt. Not a major, but also, don't really expect to be having to do that, even on a used/refurbished phone. All in all a good merchant and would definitely purchase from again.

My wife's phone needed replacing after dropping it in the loo. She has always loved the Pixel phones but I was a bit dubious about a refurbished phone and had never used Back Market before. I bit the bullet after I saw the price which was very good compared to a new phone. We chose 'Excellent' in condition as this was only very slightly more in price than 'very good'. When the phone arrived I could not believe it, there was not even the slightest visible blemish anywhere and I inspected it all over, it may as well have been brand new. The handset works as it should and my wife loves it. For those who have doubts, I say go for it. This is where I will be getting all of my future handsets now so the company have gained two extremely satisfied new customers. Fantastic. Many thanks. 👍🏻

What can I say,, my Galaxy 24+ was exactly as described and then some!! The condition of it was like I received a brand new mobile! My first time using Back Market was easy and friendly to use. I am so happy with the platform, my new phone, delivery and communication. Thank you very much Back Market, and I will be shopping with you again!

Bought this item for my good lady she absolutely loved it, she was a bit sceptical at first about second hand phones but it was worth every penny. It's like having a brand new phone without the original packaging. The phone performance and look is immaculate, highly recommended.

I don't normally do reviews but hope this helps others who may be undecided. I was sceptical about using this site as I normally buy new. My old iPhone accidentally went through the washing machine and had to be replaced. As I do not make much use of all the tech available on phones these days I was reluctant to pay pay full whack so decided to give refurbished a try. I could not be happier with the service provided and the phone came without a mark on it. Delivery was as stated and it was well packaged. Got it set up no problem and has been in daily use since without any issues. I would recommend BackMarket to family and friends.

Delivery on schedule. Brilliant, re-usable (for possible return) packaging. The phone itself was immaculate and I was pleased not to have yet another charger, although a useful lead was supplied. Phone arrived in time for major Android update with which my old device would not have been compatible

Excellent condition - still in it's original sealed manufacturer's packing so effectively brand new. No issues setting it up. Only downside is that the battery life is a little disappointing but for the price I paid for a flagship phone I certainly can't complain. Would certainly use Black Market again

My new phone arrived quickly and it has been great. Battery is really good compared to my previous phone (5 years old), I got £95 back so the overall cost was a fraction of a new phone and it is just as good. It looks brand new and I am really impressed with this company overall and would use it again. My husband and brother have also bought "new" second hand phones from here and they have also been very impressed. My feedback would be to ensure the phone is factory reset on arrival so it is not difficult to start the set up (it arrived with settings in Chinese so I had to youtube where to find the right settings to reset it so I could set it to English!) and that in the return process for old phones there to be a section for feedback on battery. I knew my battery life on my old phone would not be suitable for getting the money I was originally offered but there was no question about battery for me to share that information with the company. They sent a new quote after receiving the phone which was very quick and fine, but it would be a more accurate quote if I could submit something about it when doing the initial estimate so I knew how much I might get.
