I am satisfied with my iPhone Se. It was in excellent condition when I received it I could never tell it was an refurbish phone its like brand new. Its working perfect. I'd definitely make another purchase off here and I've been recommending back market to friends.

From the time I placed the order I was kept informed of the order progress and the phone was delivered before the scheduled delivery date. Considering the phone was classed as Good and not Excellent I could find no visible indications on the phone case or screen that the phone was a refurbished model.So far the phone has functioned as expected and I do have the reassurance of a 12 month warranty. All in all I would say an excellent purchase considering the price.

The phone came very fast and came with a screen protector and charger which was nice!! Almost impossible to tell it was refurbished as it had no scratches on the front and back screens, very lovely experience😊😊

Really happy with my order. The phone is perfect, not one mark or scratch on it, looks brand new. Battery lasts good. I bought this for my little boy and it is great for everything he needs and I would recommend this website and use again. Very quick delivery too.

Nice and easy website to choose my phone I ordered it Tuesday night had it by Thursday the phone was in excellent condition battery health was 96% very happy and pleased my order. And the fact that it has a 12 month warranty with it gives you a little peace mind just in case something should go wrong. I would definitely buy again of this site.

It was good, got the phone and it works well. Slightly more damage than expected inc. crack in camera which was initially worrying but it doesn’t seem to affect the picture quality so no big deal in the end.

The phone arrived a lot sooner than promised, was well packaged and free delivery. Followed the on screen pairing and subsequent clearing of my old phone which was much appreciated. The phone is in perfect condition and unmarked and the battery life seems acceptable. Well worth the cost and would use again

Phone ordered was as described, looks great not a mark on the phone. Easy to set up and I have been using the phone for several days now without any problems. The phone was delivered promptly. I would have no hesitation in the future using Back Market again.
