I ordered the middle spec as it stated the screen would be perfect and possible minor imperfections on the body. The screen looked as though it had been sanded and also had 3 deep scratches. The body was in very poor condition and the entire device was filthy. I contacted the seller who initially replied quickly and offered a £10 refund to make it the price of the lowest condition available. The device I had fell well below that standard and I stated the refund amount would need to be much bigger and I suggested 50%. I had to chase a response over several days before returning the device due to their unwillingness to refund more than £10 and also as a matter of principle of mis-selling. Inspire not recommend buying a product at all and would go elsewhere.

Solicite un reembolso, que me dijeron que se había realizado, pero no he recibido ningún ingreso. Agradecería que me ayudaran con este tema debido a que, por causas que escapan a mi control, me he quedado sin terminal y sin reembolso. Gracias por adelantado. Jon.

Shipping from England was a bit complicated for political reasons, but the product is just what I expected and I'm pretty happy with it for now.

Arrivé avec un retard de quelques jours mais en parfait état. Le son ne fonctionne plus au bout de 10 jours, impossible d'appeler ou de recevoir un appel pour un téléphone aspect "comme neuf". Retour du produit au vendeur. Remboursement quelques jours après la procédure est donc fiable mais comme je l'ai acheté un jour de promotion, je ne peux pas retrouver le même produit au même prix... Par ailleurs, j'ai retourné le produit avec la vitre de protection que j'avais achetée et qui ne peut pas être retirée sans s'abimer et donc bah, là aussi c'est pour moi !

Une livraison très (beaucoup plus que prévue) longue. En apparence le téléphone à l'air correct. Il ne reste plus qu'a voir à l'usage. La batterie apparaît déjà comme étant très faible.

I ordered a 7 PLUS on 27 November which was supposed to arrive on 1 December but only arrived on 7 December. On top of that I received a 7 at home and not a 7 PLUS. Very disappointed with BackMarket. Every day I was given a new delivery date and it was never the right one. To be avoided.

Téléphone en très bon état mais livré avec un chargeur UK et non FR - et une facture des douanes recue 3 semaines apres de 67 euros - Backmarket et le vendeur ont mal fait leur boulot ou sont malhonnetes

Tres satisfait du produit. L'état correspond à la commande. Reçu rapidement.
