I'm always nervous about buying new tech. It's a big investment and the choices can be daunting to a non-geek. But my much more knowledgeable sons recommended Back Market and they were right. I'm typing this on a very elegantly refurbished MacBook Air 13 inch (2022) Midnight that looks like new. With son's help I've moved data from the old MacBook Air (2013). There's some tidying up to do as a few files are in the wrong place (and Apple have made Photos unnecessarily complicated). But the laptop is a pleasure to use and I'm enjoying the luxury of a battery that keeps charge The computer arrived quickly, well protected in an Apple box which was cleverly contained inside a scruffy old sports shoebox (so no-one ran off with it). Given the condition is supposed to be "fair" – the least refurbished – I have no idea what the others are like as it looks brand new! The laptop arrived very prompty on Sunday after being ordered on Friday evening. It's very quick and works perfectly. The keyboard is an American one just to note.

Honestly the whole experience was amazing, I got it a day early which made me scream around my house like a child on Christmas. I got it in “good” condition and honestly it looks brand new, it’s working perfectly and shockingly thin which makes it easy to take everywhere. I absolutely love it

Good quality product and excellent service levels. Replaced my mid 2012 MacBook Pro as grandchildren has spilt orange juice over the key pad. Will look to Backmarket for future tech purchases…..

The iPad was in amazing condition. I bought it in Good condition but it was in fact excellent! Definitely a bargain I got. There were no scratches on the screen and body the battery was near enough new with only 15 charge cycles and it still had the Apple Limited Warranty on it. I am very pleased with the purchase.

The Macbook was delivered really quickly and was packaged safely enough. The condition was as described. Yes, there are a couple of dents in the chassis as you would expect from a fair rating but the screen was pretty much perfect. Everything else was exactly as described in terms of spec and performance. Really happy with my purchase, thanks very much.

Pretty impressed, it’s like new and according to the stats it’s only been charged once. Would use Back market again next time I need some tech .
