I'm always nervous about buying new tech. It's a big investment and the choices can be daunting to a non-geek. But my much more knowledgeable sons recommended Back Market and they were right. I'm typing this on a very elegantly refurbished MacBook Air 13 inch (2022) Midnight that looks like new. With son's help I've moved data from the old MacBook Air (2013). There's some tidying up to do as a few files are in the wrong place (and Apple have made Photos unnecessarily complicated). But the laptop is a pleasure to use and I'm enjoying the luxury of a battery that keeps charge The computer arrived quickly, well protected in an Apple box which was cleverly contained inside a scruffy old sports shoebox (so no-one ran off with it). Thank you Back Market.

The Macbook was delivered really quickly and was packaged safely enough. The condition was as described. Yes, there are a couple of dents in the chassis as you would expect from a fair rating but the screen was pretty much perfect. Everything else was exactly as described in terms of spec and performance. Really happy with my purchase, thanks very much.

The iPad was in amazing condition. I bought it in Good condition but it was in fact excellent! Definitely a bargain I got. There were no scratches on the screen and body the battery was near enough new with only 15 charge cycles and it still had the Apple Limited Warranty on it. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Astonishingly fast delivery, unit is immaculate and everything working fine. Trade-in was simple and straightforward. Recommended

Pretty good but screen was not flawless, quite scratched in places. Bit dissapointed as I had paid for flawless and excellent. Pen works well. No time to exchange, as had to work, delivered in a shoebox with some material, well packed but not quite the apple experience. I have had better experiences with backmarket. You should double check that flawless means flawless and probably not deliver things of that financial amount in old showboxes.

Love my pro. I chose excellent condition and only one itsy bitsy scratch. Bargain price. Very happy.
