Very happy with my new phone. Arrived in excellent condition, looks, works and appears like a brand new phone. One minor complaint the language of the phone was all in French, and as I am a novice with these phones etc I had to get a friend of mine to change it to the English language. Apart from that I am very happy with my phone and hopefully will be for some years to come.

Only a minor dent on the hardware of the phone for the condition ‘parfait état’. Battery health at 88%, could be higher but it’s ok

Perfect condition meets my needs bought as replacement incase my Samsung S8 goes on the blink, my friend has s6 has loose connection on phone to charge ,So was happy to also purchase this phone

Lovely phone - was a bit of a struggle it was all in french....

The Phone is fine. I did not realise it was coming from France. It arrived still needing to change the language French and the keyboard language was in Greek so another change. Next I noted on the internet that I could have bought a Brand New A10s for the same money in the UK. So I feel a touch disappointed. Also the Google server was still loaded with all the first owners searches. Not good.

Es la primera vez que compro un reacondicionado, pero esta excelente compré un IPhone 11 en estado impecable y físicamente esta excelente , y la salud de la batería está en 95%. Me dura un montón de tiempo. Sin duda volveré a comprar por aquí mi próximo móvil. Muchas gracias!
