Device fine, but was woefully under-protected during shipping - large box, iPad rattling round in a bubble-wrap bag, I was amazed it hadn't been damaged. Underwhelming compared to our previous orders from BackMarket.

Item was purchased for Grandaughter. Good choice of items, ordering very simple, delivery was excellent. So far, cannot find fault and of course Grandaughter very pleased.

I got an excellent one but looks fair as there is quite a few scratches on the back and the screen, but delivery was really quick.

The item arrived in good condition and on time. However, to get the Excellent Condition version cost £275 plus an additional amount for Quality Assurance. An absolutely new version was On Sale in Curry’s for a total price of £242. I tried to cancel, but it had already been dispatched. Not a good reflection on your company to deceive in this way.!
