Device fine, but was woefully under-protected during shipping - large box, iPad rattling round in a bubble-wrap bag, I was amazed it hadn't been damaged. Underwhelming compared to our previous orders from BackMarket.

Battery wouldn’t hold a charge and then wouldn’t charge sent back after a week and still not received any confirmation of a refund the charging cable was also dreadful cheap and came away at the end within days
