I have been holding off getting a new phone as I was waiting for the Fairphone 4 to be released (for its eco/recyclability credentials) and the new Pixel 6 (for its camera). I already had a Pixel 3 128GB which I loved but was really falling to pieces on me. The Pixel 3 128GB I purchased was listed as in "fair" condition, which concerned me. When I opened the box it had a little more aesthetic damage than I was expecting however the phone was functional in every way. I upgraded to Android 12 and it still works perfectly. I feel good because not only have I got a "new" working phone, but also I have ticked the recyclability box!

It is the first time I am writing a review, I was a bit nervous but when I ordered and got an email from back market about my order I was fine and reassured, I received my iPhone I am more than happy, nice phone excellent customer service, delivery on time. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.

Brilliant product - well chuffed as it looks better than expected and it works like it's brand new off the shelf. Battery fitted must be brand new as it seems like it lasts forever before new charge is needed. Fast, no hiccups, works like Swiss watch and the camera's amazing (the actual reason for purchase). Have never purchased a refurbished product before and had my reservations but this purchase had me totally converted - from now on I will ONLY be buying refurbished (money-wise it's a no-brainer!) And yes, I'm already browsing this website and looking to make another purchase... think it will be a tablet next! 😁

I ordered 2 XS one is for my daughter for her birthday but haven’t yet given hers. But I love mine. Great service kept up to date with what was going on when it would be delivered and great after care. Would highly recommend back market for refurbished phones. Thanks guys for a great service

I’m so glad I bought the iPhone Xs through Backmacket. It’s as good as new with no scratches and working superb in link with the Apple Watch Series 5 which I also bought through Backmarket on the same day. Delivery was quick, getting my divices the following day after I ordered. The only issue is that it has 86% Battery Capacity and I had hoped for 100% for a Very Good aesthetic condition ipho

Truth, I’m delighted. The phone is basically perfect. I went for a “fair” description phone and it’s almost as new. This company deliver and very prompt, I tried a company based in the London area last year and they took the money and no phone appeared. Got money back via visa and was nervous with this purchase. I bought this phone from my 70 year old mom to replace her iPhone 5SE. She absolutely loves this phone! She said it will take time to get used to the home button not being there and the size but she is happy that she can have read text messages and emails on her phone now. She loves the colour too.

When the phone came it was perfect condition, like a brand you phone. It had one tiny scrap on the top of the phone but that’s the only thing everything else is fine. I got this phone in Good condition!!!

Quality was actually better than I was lead to believe. Delivery was quick and the support was there if required. Would definitely buy from Back Market again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I am so happy with my new phone. I was nervous initially as I had not heard of BackMarket before but the price was good, quick delivery and the phone is excellent.
