First time reconditioning on your site to change my wife's broken P30 phone. Top reception as new with new battery as chosen in the offer, for a constructive opinion I will give another opinion after 1 month of use. I'm very pleased with the delivery and the product when I unpacked it.

The tablet even arrived in Apple refurbished packaging and was still sealed as if you had bought it new from Apple. You could also buy Apple care, which is only possible if the tablet is new from Apple.

I had a problem with the transfer, as my cash account was blocked by BackMarket in order to buy the iPad mini first. The service was a bit lengthy and I would have liked a faster process overall. About the device: top.

The iPad Pro was really like new. No defects whatsoever. The device had only been switched on once six months ago. The battery was also still new (never been through a charging cycle, capacity >> 100%). The only restriction: the charger was missing from the box, contrary to what was advertised.

The phone is identical to the description, the state of the battery is perfect, the screen is also perfect only small problem the state of the ribs ... they are not perfect and yet the phone is sold "as new". This in no way changes the usefulness of the phone, but it would have been preferable not to categorise it as being in perfect condition.

The back market service is top notch, very accommodating and quick to respond (unlike most refurbishing sites). The iPhone 13 I ordered had no problems whatsoever. I order very often from this site and often recommend it to friends and family. Deliveries arrive quickly and often earlier than expected! They are very accommodating and put customers first! You can buy your next phone with your eyes closed!
