I ordered a refurbished iPad Air in excellent condition as it it was only a little more expensive than good/fair condition. Imagine my surprise when it turned out to be a brand new one in the original box and shrink wrap! Amazing deal!!!

I am delighted with my new phone.Although I was trying to do the right thing and buy a refurbished one, getting a new one for the same price was a bonus! I presume they were somehow surplus. Order and delivery was very efficient. I couldn't work out the model number of my old phone but would be happy to send it to you for recycling if that's an option? Thanks for great service!

Came exactly when it was supposed to. Delivery info. and tracking spot-on. In impeccable condition - appeared to be brand-new in a sealed box. Word to the wise, though, you'd have got top marks in spite of deploying the corny mock-antique-speak, if only you hadn't cocked it up. If you're going to write 'Fervently hoping that all has gone impeccably, and waiting to hear thy judgment, I remain,' then you absolutely need to follow it up with 'Thine, Customer Care', NOT 'Yours'. Using a plural and a singular to refer to the same entity is a sure-fire way to piss off a copy-editor. Mangled English apart, nothing to complain of. Yours, Satisfied Customer.

I have to admit to being a bit nervous to buy used device, but the price was good and I had heard good things. So I went for it. The unit was delivered quickly and was in a box that made it look brand new. Really happy with the whole thing. Will be using it for the next purchase.
