I was extremely impressed with recent iPhone 13 from back market. It arrived on time in excellent condition. No complaints at all. This was my second purchase and I would not hesitate to use company again. Fully recommend them.

Very pleased with the service & the phone. Nice & clean with a fully charging battery (although apple seems to think it’s not an approved one?) . All working fine & the price was very affordable &, of course, recycling is better for everyone.

Delivery was in three day's of the order the quality of the phones is fantastic. I have bought three iPhone and will happily by more things from this company. My rating for them is simply Outstanding!

The phone looked brand new without any marks. The battery seems to still have a good life. It does all I need it to do and all for £120 which was less than a new battery for the old one. The other bonus is we are recycling a perfectly good phone. What’s not to like.

Great service. Great price, Great phone. Had just over a weeks now, Arrived in mint condition, even 100% battery health, had new camera fitted too. Best refurbed phone ever had. One big unfortunate downside though... I ordered the oversize 12pro Max not the normal size, its just tooo too big, which means i got to let it go and send it back. Have just received a regular 12 pro from yourselves this afternoon. (superfast servive and delivery yet again). looking forward to swapping over data etc. and getting sent back for refund within your 30 day return program.

Ordered iphone 11 pro in excellent condition and recieved it in immaculate condition almost like new, great service.

I’ve given the phone six months to give it the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately this phone switches it self off automatically at least once or twice a month, the touchscreen goes crazy again once or twice a month. Very disappointed. Won’t be buying a refurbished phone again. I’m assuming Backmarket are not responsible for this as I can see another company had provided it to them. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Bought an iphone XS. had a few scratches which i expected as i bought one in a fine condition. Was shipped right away and even came days earlier than expected so 5 stars for that. I know this things come refurbished but i think the replaced parts were not really of good quality. The screen is not OLED, in fact the colors seemed washed and theres a significant color change in viewing angles. The OLED screen was the reason why i opted to but an XS rather than an XR in the first place. Also im unable to check the battery health and has something in the settings that says im unable to check due to the fact that the parts replaced were either not authentic, not functioning properly or the installation is incomplete. So just bare in mind when buying here, it may not be true to its specs anymore. The screen was honestly the biggest let down. Ill give it a couple of days to test if fully but so far, im thinking of just returning it.

I bought the iPhone 6s to replace an identical model that in all honesty wanted just the battery replaced. It belongs to my wife who uses it as a telephone only to speak and text members of family. Same size, same colour same capability. Fits the bill entirely. An invisible transfer. Thank you.
