Absolutely brilliant. Quicker delivery than I expected and the phone is in excellent condition. I cannot see any signs of wear and it works perfectly. I have been buying refurbished for a few years now and it's good to find another reliable company.

The Pixel 6a arrived promptly, but more importantly in perfect condition. I really struggled to differentiate it from a new one, it was that good.

Great smart phone with all you need for the daily essentials at a price that is affordable. Condition of phone excellent would not know it wasn't brand new. Purchased to replace an old one that I had jut dropped too often.

iPad works very well and is it good condition. You sent me the wrong colour, it was advertised as gold but you sent me space grey.

Really chuffed to be able to buy a *very* old but working phone Back Market. It took some fiddling to set it up to 2024 standards so perhaps next time I'd go for a more recent model! But for £30 and not destroying the planet it's faultless. Well done and thanks to BackMarket.

Delivery very good, arrived earlier than promised. Unit in Excellent condition as promised but the Purple colour is virtually white!! As a first time iPhone user its taking a time to ge4t accustomed!

Unlike my first experience with Back Market, this was a really poor experience. The PlayStation turned up later than expected, and in very inadequate packaging. All the user profiles of the previous owner were still on it. It overheated during use instantly, and crashed regularly. Have returned the item and ordered another PlayStation. Hoping this next experience is significantly better, or I won’t be returning as a customer.

Third party seller sent wrong colour and not in the expected excellent grade. I sent it back without even switching phone on. Am fuming. The seller received item on 20th May. Guldan promised me a refund by 22nd May. No refund. Then he/she said to expect refund by 26th but that's a bank holiday. Now he/she is ignoring my messages. I'm sure the CEO will be interested to hear about this.

Phone arrived on time, couple of days earlier than I expected, in good condition as per advert, no complaints at all, very happy with my purchase!
