I was amazed with my iPhone XR 64, not a mark on it at all, brilliant, it was delivered on the day it was supposed to be, fabulous service, thank you Back Market couldn’t be happier. No point in paying out for a new phone when you can get an excellent iphone on Back Market for an amazing price!

I was a bit nervous about ordering a refurbished phone but it’s in immaculate condition. You can see that the screen is brand new and the battery health is good too! I have no concerns with back market and I will be purchasing from them again :)

I am happy with the purchase of my MacBook Air. I choose to have the excellent quality option delivered. No scratches to be found, it was in pristine condition other than a few dirty marks which could be cleaned with a microfibre cloth and a can of antibacterial dry spray. This would be the only fault I could find. Considering the age of the laptop, everything else works perfectly fine. Battery life is in good condition. The storage is fine for what I need. I choose the MacBook air for the slimline external beauty. Though on reflection maybe I should have chosen a MacBook Pro instead. This was my choice, next time , and there will be a next time. I will probably go for something with a bigger screen and HD equivalent. I’m not tech savvy, so I was literally picking something from purely on looks. I will be ordering again. I will maybe go for the good option as I feel I may get something similar to what I received. Why pay full price when you can get a reconditioned MacBook or laptop for half, whilst doing our little bit to help the planet. Plus it’s an apple product, you really do get what you usually pay for when it comes to apple.

Very happy with my purchase. Just a few marks that I expected. Overall it is in very good condition. Great battery life which was a concern to me. Really would recommend this site. Thank you.

Good quality. Worked straight out of the packaging and not had an issue with this device. When I originally found this website, I thought it looked sus, but after buying 3 items from them, can definitely recomment them!

Here's the thing, the keyboard didn't work as planned but the amazing customer service meant I honestly didn't care and would happily buy from these sellers again. Sometimes tech does unexpected things, or doesn't do expected things, but with so many places willing to sell I'd rather go to a vendor I know has my back.

So far so good. Getting used to it. Was purchased as in excellent condition and it certainly looked as new when it arrived. Delivery was prompt and it was a good price. No hesitation in recommending Back Market..
