The MacBook Pro I purchased is perfect, it's in excellent condition and was great value for money. It was delivered fast and packaged very securely. Since my purchase I have used Back Market again, it's my go-to for tech now, refurbished is the way forward.

High quality machine, refurbished to a really good standard. I'm still moving stuff from my old machine, which is taking longer than I had hoped - shows how old my original machine is. Super fast delivery, and good communication. Really happy with the service received.

I did a lot of research before buying, particularly about this seller (you buy from a seller who uses backmarket as a selling platform). I am very happy with the laptop, it is in perfect condition (I ordered the best condition available which I think was referred to as excellent or very good). It looks unused. It seems to be working fine so far (I've had it for about 3 weeks). The charger isn't genuine apple but it does the job fine. The battery works well. Delivery within 24 hours of ordering! Well packaged. No original box but I expected this. Overall I'm really glad I took a gamble with buying refurbished and will do so again!

After a 2 months of using the MacBook, I can believe I took this long to transition. Great piece of kit for a great price. Integrated into the Apple eco system and has helped me get more streamlined and organised at work.

Lightning fast delivery, packed superbly. Macbook looks in very good condition, starts and runs as new. It's a gift for a friend, so I can't say any more about it until they've had it for a while, but to this point, the service and general communication have been faultless. This is a truly excellent company to purchase from, and I've already recommended it to a couple of friends.

Whilst I knew not to have high expectations of the laptop considering it’s a used product, I thought selecting Excellent would at least mean that there wouldn’t be any noticeable exterior damages (although small). But the laptop is working as it should, so that should count.

Lovely computer. Its a great upgrade from my 13.1/2 and i need it for graphics and designing .with its upgraded graphics card its perfect. Great price Nice condition It came so unbelievably quick as well- one very happy creative artist. Thank you Backmarket. I ve been using the computer every day, love the upgrade features from my last Mac ~screen on the key board, multi pages, and its super fast.It a heck of a piece of kit for the price. I was a little hesitant when ordering due to the reviews, however I am very happy with the product. I ordered it 3pm and it came the next day at 10am without paying for next day delivery just standard. I am very happy with the condition of the product also. Overall I would recommend!!
