despite being 1 day late the S 23 arrived in perfect condition, to my great surprise there is no charger.

I am very disappointed with customer service. Ordered a 3999 Macbook Pro M2 max 2TB but on arrival found an empty package. Spent almost a month talking to various customer service people, reported it to the police and provided all necessary documents. An investigation would be launched and I would receive my money back urgently after 3 working days. This was on 15 December 2023. After several messages back and forth, today I get a message asking me to send the report again to start an investigation. I almost wonder if I am talking to a chat robot or a real person. I feel I am being served very badly and would greatly appreciate being contacted by phone and offered a suitable solution. I hope this will be dealt with soon.

The battery doesn't last long

Don't buy from BackMarket. Unfortunately I haven't been able to use my MacBook for a year (moving from one country to another), and when I try to start it nothing happens. I even took it to a Mac specialist shop, but they couldn't get the machine up and running. Over 900 Euros! And now they're offering to sell it back (it doesn't work...), or to give me 5% on another machine. Wow, I'm closing our SME account, we won't be buying from this supplier again.

Very fast delivery and no worries on the other hand for an iPhone 13 bought for a "perfect condition" there are micro scratches on the screen and the battery has a capacity of 88% 😰 .

Hello , The phone is supposed to be like new... Received with scratches on the screen. Received very dirty! The front camera does not work !

It has been 13 days since the order was supposed to be delivered and there is no trace of it. UPS says it was never sent, backmarket says it has been delivered. Customer service has not given me any sign of life for 3 days. I will probably end up filing a consumer complaint. I have had very good experiences with backmarket, but after this I won't buy again.

Bad service!!!!! Today 18/09... I haven't received a reply since 16/08 when I asked about the tracking... the estimated delivery date was 10/08... Today when I opened the back market the product is marked as delivered on 09/08!!! Absurd!!!! I need a response URGENTLY!!!

I am going to tell you what a bad salesman this guy is. The order arrived without a box, wrapped only in bubble wrap. It also arrived super dirty, with lots of stains from use, dirt on the buttons, cameras... The battery has reached 86%... I bought a mobile in category "Excellent", so it is supposed to have arrived in perfect condition, well, the screen has visible scratches ... I do not understand on what basis you say that it is excellent when it is not... I think it's a real shame, you have charged me 430€ for an "excellent" mobile and it's not even very good... Very very disappointed and thinking of taking other measures.
