We were sent the wrong phone despite the order saying which one was ordered. The company refused to send us the correct phone until they had their mistake back again. The question is will they send us the phone we ordered and paid for or has it been sold.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE Actual phone and delivery was fine. However, upon setting up there was a Google account still connected, therefore I couldn't access the phone. A long winded process getting back in touch with the seller, given the option to send back to Germany for them to assess. No apology, got my name wrong, had to ask for free return label, no acknowledgement or reason given as to why account still on. In fact, no constructive communication. Didn't trust the phone having to do 2 additional trips so ended up having to fork out an additional £50 to get phone unlocked via local phone shop. PrimeTeq (the refurb company) offered me 20euros which I stated was more of an insult. They refuse to engage in conversation with me now and BackMarket have never stepped in. No apologies from anyone. My one and only Back Market experience

J'ai été très agréablement de ce téléphone, je l'ai reçu très rapidement et je l'ai utilisé pendant pratiquement un an (avant de le perdre...) et il a parfaitement bien fonctionné. Je tiens à souligner la batterie qui tenait très bien malgré une utilisation intense. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Everything went well with the order and I was very happy with the battery and the condition of the mobile phone. Unfortunately, after almost exactly 1 year, the phone started to show signs of wear and tear and for some time now it has been rattling and the battery has been dying. I'll have to think about whether a new phone wouldn't be better after all.

Perfecto! tras buscar en varias páginas me decidí por comprar mi primer reacondicionado y aunque al principio tenía muchas dudas estoy muy contenta con la compra. Cambié mi viejo SE (2016) por el SE (2020)

El iphone que compré funciona a la perfección, parece nuevo en todos los aspectos. Si no me falla, dudo que vuelva a comprar un iphone nuevo porque vale mucho la pena comprar uno reacondicionado aquí. Todo el proceso de compra fue claro, rápido y sencillo y además recibí el movil en 24h cuando ponía que el envío tardaba entre 48 y 72 horas. Una maravilla, estoy muy contento!

Livraison, rien à dire Mais l’iPhone reconditionné, très décevant !! La batterie ne tient que 10h si on ne s’en sert pas, c’est à dire en veille ou éteint !! Et si l’on s’en sert c’est forcément beaucoup moins !! Donc inutilisable de façon ordinaire… Je suis obligée de le renvoyer.
