    Phone screen fault within 3 months of purchase - arranged repair through Back Market. website promise to return repaired phone /replacement or refund within 3-5 days is false information - over two weeks and still waiting - online help/support take a long time to answer messages despite they promise to update you in 24 hours .

    Really disappointed with our purchase (very slow, one of the cameras doesn’t work and battery hardly holds its charged). Not as described. And no easy way to return as my order isn’t showing up against my account when I log on. So stressful and I don’t have time to wade through the screeds of instructions that seem to be designed to exhaust me so much I give up. The ironic thing is that the phone has come from a third party called Perfect Phone (didn’t mind it looking a bit scruffy so long as it worked perfectly - but it doesn’t!). And Backmarket’s strapping is “works like new”. Eh, no it doesn’t!
