The Samsung galaxy 14phone arrived earlier than expected which was great.and that wasn’t the end of the surprises because the phone was, well it looked brand new, and has been superb. I could not be happier.

Really pleased with this iPhone 8 - it's a great price for what you're given and much more sustainable than buying a new phone. The hardware is unflawed, the software runs smoothly and it's a nice size! Only thing I would say is the battery runs out slightly quicker than I'd like, but that encourages me to use my phone less!

Comes in brand new condition as we picked excellent condition. You would have no idea it wasn’t a new phone. All in new sealed box! 100% buying my future mobiles off this site. I don't want the latest hi-tech, I just needed something functional to replace an old 3G phone no longer supported. The Galaxy does the job I want; camera could be better but never mind. For the price I paid it's exactly right. Dealings with backmarket and seller were hassle-free.

still a bit worried about the battery degradation of a 1 year used phone but I guess I may have to cross that bridge when I get there. The phone was indeed in excellent condition and caked in bubble wrap so definitely secured well. I will say one note however (and this is why it's 4 stars not 5) when I set the phone up i noticed an E sim was still connected.... I'm not saying it was left there on purpose but when buying a second hand phone and you see someones number on there that ain't yours I would say you wouldn't be blamed if you thought you was getting scammed or data mined or whatever..... again it's probably a case of someone forgetting to disconnect the e SIM but maybe double check in future to save any form of panic.

The seller didn't give me the right SIM holder for the phone, which was a disappointment. But I was looked after by one of the team and they gave me £5 compensation for the inconvenience, which was very kind of them. Would be a 5 star if the order was complete from the start, unfortunate.
