Initial experience was good. Ease of ordering, received phone quickly, quality looked great, decent price. However after a couple of days I got an error message saying phone battery was not recognised. I consulted Back Market’s FAQs where they explained this is ok and non-original batteries are still high quality. However, I then started to experience unexplained power off/on episodes. This was a couple of times a day initially then increased in frequency to about 20-30 times a day, making the phone almost unusable. I now have to send the phone back for a repair or replace after only a couple of weeks. Imagine how difficult it was to erase the phone and restore factory settings when the phone switches of unexpected - it took hours before I was finally able to reset without it powering off. I’ve had an unusable phone for a week and I’m now without a phone for about a week while it gets repaired - this is a HUGE inconvenience. Back Market can’t offer me any temporary phone. This may be a rare experience but when it happens it is a total pain and makes me question the quality of the phone refurbishers and the quality control Back Market employs. Very unlikely to use Back Market again.

Very pleased... took a little while to arrive but really rather grand when it did. Big believer in re-conditioned tech... who needs new ?

Phone is working okay. No scratches to it. Box is simple enough and packaging is okay. Because of the RAM pf this phone, it might be suited for elderly people who need a phone for calls and text only. Anyway, I only bought it to keep my roaming sim active and this is the cheapest that I could put a nanosim on. Otherwise, opt for something else if you plan on using multiple apps

Everything is good, great delivery. A few muddled messages about when it was going to land, but it was on time. Perfect.

Iphone 15 pro was in condition but disappointed came with the wrong CABLE. As Phone company should have known all new phone cables are USB - C

So this is my second helping into Back Market, and just as the first time - the service has been really quick and it's a breeze to deal with this company. Sadly, the device I purchased on this occasion (Nokia C22) was absolutely awful - probably the worst performing device I've ever owned. To that end, a return has been processed - and this is underway now. Not to be deterred from such good service, I've made a new purchase for another device here on BM, and trust that this will see me through without any dramas.
