Backmarket a été très utile pour résoudre les problèmes, mais le vendeur m'a envoyé une machine défectueuse et je l'ai donc renvoyée pour réparation, mais lorsqu'elle est revenue, elle était toujours défectueuse, juste d'une manière différente. L'ensemble du processus a pris environ 5 semaines pour que je n'aie toujours pas d'ordinateur portable. Je n'achèterai plus chez ce vendeur.

I had never purchased a refurbished product before and I was slightly apprehensive. I'm happy to say though that my fears were totally unnecessary. I'm so pleased with this MacBook, it's fantastic! In perfect working order and looks brand new. I would definitely buy from BackMarket again.

It’s been good, I’m just not happy with the screen since it flickers when watching movie from very brightly lit to dull and then back again.

It is my first order as last time I checked, Backmarket was not yet established in the UK, and I am so happy!! It has been easy to chose, easy to buy, and the supplier was in touch so, really easy! They even offered an option for me to change the keyboard to something more appropriate, amazing! The shipment was done quickly and arrived 1 day earlier than the planned date! Overall it is just great and I am very happy to have this option in the UK!

Really happy with the Macbook. It arrived in great condition and beautifully packaged like a brand new product. Fantastic service from Back Market. Because of Brexit there was an unforseen issue with me having to pay import duty when the Mac arrived in the UK from France, but Back Market were happy to refund the import tax to me as soon as I raised it with them. I am one very satisfied customer and I will definitely be shopping with BackMarket again.

Keys falling off the keyboard within minutes of arriving

Haven't been able to use it. This is day 2 trying to get it to work. No apps will download. And now the battery is going to die and I got send a European charger not English
