    My old macbook was a hand-me-down that I gratefully accepted way back in the heady days of 2016 after burglars made off with my laptop. It was born into a pre-tiktok world way back in 2010. It had bare wires sticking out of the charging lead, and the plug adaptor was held together with rubber bands. The backspace button no longer worked, and it long ago declared itself incapable of any more iOS updates. Enter Backmarket! Once I'd made the difficult decision to replace my trusty steed, the speedy delivery left me no time to dwell on my treachery. My new refurbished macbook air is so sleek and sexy, everyone's asking "who is she?" when I walk into the coffee shop with it under my arm. While my ingratitude to my erstwhile companion is a constant weight on my conscience, I am nonetheless overjoyed with my lovely new pal.

    Laptop was in "excellent" condition. The box said Apple Refurbished and the battery only had 4 charge cycles. So very happy. A minor annoyance was that the Apple Magsafe charger didn't have a 3 pin UK adapter... but was easily fixed.

    I try to ask for help but get taken to a broken link with a message saying Error 400 so I have no choice but to leave in this review and hope I can be contacted. The MacBook Air I bought is fine but it stopped charging. I connected the plug to different sockets in the house and it still wouldn’t charge. I then is put the cable into another USBC plug that I use for my phone and it works. I don’t want to return this MacBook as I need it for daily work but I do need a plug replacement as this is the problem. I seem to only be able to return the whole product but I just need a replacement plug.

    Ordered the Excellent Cellular Version however Recieved a near perfect condition non cellular ipad with a minor mark on the screen. To compensate this, they gave a £25 partial refund, upgraded my shipping to express for free and even offered a free screen protector. Wish they had made sure the specific ipad i asked for was in stock before I paid. Nonetheless Great Service.

    Tablet arrived quickly (with tracking number so we could track the box if needed), in very good condition and worked straight out of the package. You can see that it has been used before, but neither me or my wife care about it that much. It had no dents or scratches and the screen was without any problems. Wi-fi and bluetooth connectivity worked right away and that's it, folks. It was a superb buy and would definitely recommend the seller. The only ~problem~ is that my son now knows that he can play Roblox on the tablet...
