Disappointed... the screen regularly freezes and the sound quality when making calls is very poor: either I can be heard from a distance, or I can't be heard at all. I don't know if I'll go through the refurbished process again!

The phone I received is in good condition, except for the rear microphone grill which is sticking out of its slot and the screen which is sticking out of the casing a little. These are minor details, but they raise concerns about the durability of the device.

I ordered an IphoneXS in perfect condition unfortunately, after booting up and configuring it, an Apple error message told me that the battery was not original (Apple original). So I was rather disappointed. By the way, I could have avoided posting a negative review by going to the help centre, but the link didn't work... so I couldn't find any other alternative.

I have the impression that there is a small fault on the touch screen. We fitted a protective glass that we removed because we thought that was the problem but in fact it was not.

Completely satisfied with this phone. A little blind on the shipment until the deliveryman but it was around Easter weekend. Delivery +1 day.

Unknown part so the error message cannot be removed, the phone heats up very quickly which slows it down and the touch sometimes stops responding so I have to force start it, once it goes often it's certainly not normal, I have a second identical one which doesn't react in the same way so I'm very disappointed, selling an Apple device with an error message shouldn't be acceptable.

I think there's something wrong with the screen because the iPhone does what's known as "ghost touch", without pressing on the screen, the phone opens apps for me or holds a message on its own. The battery seems very autonomous, only the message that was supposed to disappear after 4 days continues to appear when I go into my settings.

Totally rubbish phone. Looks like a fake. The screen comes out of the cradle, I can press on it to make it go back in. The touchscreen doesn't work properly. It reboots itself and sometimes stays off for 2 days. A real rip-off. As I dropped it and the screen cracked, I can't send it back. But obviously all these problems have nothing to do with that. I have clearly been ripped off and will never order from you again. I order a lot for my work and will switch to another refurbisher from now on.
