The phone I received is in good condition, except for the rear microphone grill which is sticking out of its slot and the screen which is sticking out of the casing a little. These are minor details, but they raise concerns about the durability of the device.

The phone arrived in very good condition and quickly, everything was in order. On the other hand, the touch screen bugs from time to time and I've been told several times when I'm on the phone that the microphone is weak and the sound isn't very good.

I have the impression that there is a small fault on the touch screen. We fitted a protective glass that we removed because we thought that was the problem but in fact it was not.

Completely satisfied with this phone. A little blind on the shipment until the deliveryman but it was around Easter weekend. Delivery +1 day.

Hello, iPhone XR actually like new, I have had it for 15 days there are already scratches on the screen. My iPhone 6 in 5 years didn't have any. Disappointed by the quality of the screen.

I ordered an IphoneXS in perfect condition unfortunately, after booting up and configuring it, an Apple error message told me that the battery was not original (Apple original). So I was rather disappointed. By the way, I could have avoided posting a negative review by going to the help centre, but the link didn't work... so I couldn't find any other alternative.

So far, nothing to say. I'm waiting a bit, but for the moment everything is working fine.
