After some 30 years of responsible mobile phone ownership, my iPhone 6 decided to leap from my jacket into the toilet bowl. I still don’t understand how - it’s never done it before. So I needed a new phone or a repair. IPhone will repair it for around £288. I refused to pay that so googled for second hand phones. Up came BackMarket. A replacement iPhone 6 for £93! Stated as being in a ‘fair’ condition. Was worried a little as you never quite know what state this ‘previously loved’ phone. I needn’t have been worried. A tiny, tiny hair line scratch off screen at the top of the phone. Otherwise immaculate. The battery indicates 95% of its original state and now, having restored everything from iCloud, I am back to the same state as I was before the ‘incident’. I’m one happy camper. Thank you BackMarket!

Have been waiting 7 working days for a refund of £259 for a cancelled order. Nobody seems to be interested in resolving this.

Enchanté de ma première expérience back market Nickel pour le délai comme l'emballage. Appareil neuf d'apparence et après quelques jours d'utilisation aucun bug. Produit idéal pour ceux qui n'ont pas besoin d'un foudre de guerre et ne veulent pas un grand format. Écrans de bonne qualité compensant sa petite taille pour les vues fatiguées

Produit reçu relativement rapidement, je dirais 5 jours entre la commande et la livraison. Le téléphone est conforme à l’état décrit par le vendeur, nickel donc. Le téléphone est parfaitement fonctionnel. Quant à la batterie c’est satisfaisant, en prenant compte de l’âge supposé du téléphone.

Portable reçu en parfait état, aucune rayure sur l'écran. Commande arrivée très rapidement, je n'ai pas mis 5/5 car je trouve que les téléphones portables sont toujours trop chers pour moi. Sinon rien à dire sur BackMarket, satisfaite de la prestation.

Hello, First of all, I'm having trouble understanding the grade you assign to the condition of a refurbished phone. On Backmarket it clearly says "perfect condition", but when I enter my review, I see "very good condition", which is obviously a different grade (so I've been had 👎). I stress this point a lot because I received an iphone with the rear camera clearly scratched, so it's not "perfect condition" at all. I'm asking for an explanation and what I can do to send back an iphone worthy of this grade. It's very confusing this grade thing on your site and I'm disappointed. All other aspects of the iphone are good. This is my only negative point. I am asking for a replacement.

Produit qui fonctionne pour l instant, écran petit. Envoi rapide. Appareil pas bien nettoyé : poussières dans les interstices et innombrables traces de doigts dessus et dessous le téléphone. Chargeur universel.
