I ordered the iPhone XS 64 GB in good condition. When it arrives I saw it has some scratches on the screen. I informed the customer service and they kindly suggested I turn back the phone to be changed. The new iPhone arrived quickly. It was so soon that I surprised. The Phone is in very excellent condition and I am happy with it. Customer service is very supportive and they reply to your email almost instantly. I recommend buying from this market

I think it would be beneficial to future customers if you elaborated on the difference between the three conditions of the phone. As I understand it: if you want a perfect phone with no previous issues, you should get the phone in excellent condition. If you don't really mind about the previous condition of the phone, you should get the phone in fair or good condition. I previously bought this same phone in 'good' condition - the screen had clearly been replaced with a 'counterfeit' (a non-genuine screen that was not made by apple), which resulted in a lack of key features compared to the original screen such as; an OLED display and 120Hz refresh rate. If I had been aware the phone would come in a condition similar to this I would not have wasted my time buying the 'good' condition, and spend a little extra money to buy the phone in perfect (which I ended up doing). Apart from this customer service was excellent, the people at BackMarket were understanding of my dissatisfaction and also payed for the return postage.

Phone speaker needs replacing and the back of the phone glass was cracked. for a "Very good Condition" phone its far from it
