Good but slightly buggy, rather slow. Takes me out of applications. To see again I also see the notification that the battery is not recognized, this is a refurbished but it says it can create problems anyway. Otherwise it's pretty positive

Delighted with my purchase, ordered in refurbished condition with new battery, the battery is perfect it holds well and the capacity is 100%. Just a micro scratch on the screen that shows a little when you turn it on but it's just a detail.

Completely satisfied with BackMarket's service. This is my 4th refurbished smartphone and everything has always been perfect. The refurbishers have so far kept all their promises. My Samsung S23+ arrived on time, in perfect condition (as mentioned in the advert). After 1 month of use, everything is fine, nothing to report.

I ordered an iphone 14 plus in perfect condition, the phone was received yesterday in 4 days and wrapped in protective paper and then in a small cardboard box. The condition is as good as it gets on Backmarket, it has 3 slight pips around the edge of the phone but as I put a case on it doesn't show. I've been using it for a while now and I'm not sure how long it will last. Otherwise the screen is perfect, the camera too, and my battery is at 98%. For now I'm happy, see in time its condition.

After receiving an Honor 70 from the company myself at a favourable price and being absolutely satisfied with it, I also ordered an Honor 70 from Backmarket for my mother. It was dispatched very quickly. The mobile phone is technically flawless and there were no signs of use on the display. There were only signs of use on the back of the glass, which most likely came from the previous owner's case. However, these don't bother me any more as it comes with a cover anyway. I am very happy with the purchase and would order it again

I bought a refurbished iPhone 13 Promax and when I received it, there was an important message saying that the screen was not original to Apple, and they didn't tell us this before ordering. It's a shame, my opinion of Back Market has been tarnished.

This is my first refurbished smartphone and I'm thrilled. The dealer did a great job and delivered it as described. The smartphone has already undergone an endurance test in the form of a holiday and passed it completely. The battery performance is also fine. The display is in perfect condition and the casing has a small notch, which doesn't bother me as it's used and there's a cover around the phone so you can't see it. If I need a phone again in the future, I know where to look.
