never bought refurbished before, went for mint condition thinking it would be perfect but there are 2 scuffs like it has been dropped on the left, not a huge deal, happy with the phone as a whole, just disappointing.

The quqlity is fantastic like new, not a single mark. The colour is bright red and comes with all neccessari goods. I highly recommend you give it a go

I bought an iPhone and I chose MINT to have the best one, the one “almost new” as described. It was really urgent because my phone fell down and stopped working. The phone arrived. It’s outlook was very good but after installing the IOS and recovering my information, the screen was flickering and turning white. I couldn’t use it. I contacted the firm and explained them the urgency and the problem and asked their help. They told that they cannot help unless I send them the phone back and they receive it. I couldn’t understand how I trust them and pay in advance but they don’t trust us as customers and cannot send another phone when they send a not well fixed phone. They have a very bad customer care. They don’t want at all to accept their mistakes and take any results responsibility on it. Buying a device from them, I lost more than 1 week and disconnected from the world for this period. I never buy anything from them and advise my contacts to not do so. Their 1 month guarantee is also a big problem. Today I received an answer from them that they considered my return as change of mind. This means they will sell it to another one. I understand that this is probably a cheap selling strategy. The devices that they cannot fix it, they sell to some people like me and if I didn’t realise and 1 month passes then I have to use it. I bought a new device from another site that gives 1 year guarantee and I am happy with the device. The 1 month and 1 year guarantee has a big difference and it is because they are sure about their maintenance and product and have this self-confidence. However, as I said before buying anything from here be sure that they do not compensate and accept their mistakes, they only accept changing or refunding you after receiving the device back if you can send it back in 1 month.

The delivery and everything else was fine but the phone is not. If you stay on the phone for more than two minutes it starts jumping and going crazy telephoning random people and sending crazy messages don’t know what to do not a happy bunny as bought as mint

Livraison très rapide, état "comme neuf" comme convenu. Après 10 jours d'utilisation, il fonctionne très bien. Tenue de la batterie très satisfaisante pour l'instant. Je recommande ce reconditionneur.

Content de l’iPhone livré tel qu’esperé (comme neuf). Le conditionnement dans une boîte métallique avec gravure à mon nom et prénom a un peu surpris car je le destinais en cadeau. Ceci dit c’est bien pensé si la boîte d’origine n’est pas disponible. Le chargeur et les écouteurs fournis sont certifiés Apple c’est top ! Reste un détail : la vitre en verre trempée fournie dépanne sans plus car elle adhère mal à l’écran. Bon on s’en fout car on en a en réserve et on a mis une bonne coque pour le protéger. 😎
