Tanto Backmarket como el vendedor son unos estafadores. Debe llamarse BLACK MARKET. Llevo desde finales de Agosto con un telefono defectuoso, el reemplazo más de un mes en tránsito con el envio y aun no tengo la devolución de mi dinero ESTAFA

I have just received my refurbished iPhone 13. For the moment I am very satisfied, no scratches on the front and back, the contours no sign of wear. the battery is at 98% of its capacity which is pretty good for a refurbished because often they are only at 85% capacity. Very good photo quality. A very good grip I'm happy and that there is no beug I hope it will last over time, I recommend.

Excellent and really like new (the Iphone ... not me); Back Market customer for quite some time now I am always so satisfied with the speed of service and quality of products reconditioned by your providers. All my family is equipped with Iphone from Back Market and we have never encountered any problems. What's the point of buying new when you can do something for the planet? The only downside is that please make the effort to put the pin for opening the SIM card slot in the box ... you know it's the thing that you don't know where it's stored and you get stuck when you switch on your beautiful toy because you can't get your hands on it. It may seem like a detail to you... but to me it means a lot (any resemblance or similarity with a well-known song is perfectly deliberate). Anyway, apart from that, I'm a very satisfied customer of yours ... don't change a thing!

As always, they are reliable and fast, and send faultless used and refurbished devices. We have also had warranty claims. These were processed without any problems. Even after a good 13 months, a defective iPad was exchanged for a replacement device. In the end, we have now purchased 3 iPads and 2 iPhones via Backmarket and have done the environment and our wallet a favour.

I recently purchased an iPhone XS at a fair price and I'm completely satisfied with it. Arrived very quickly at my home, looks like new, battery still in very good condition. What could be better? I would recommend this seller.
