I’m very surprised on how good the quality of the Iphone would be, I chosen ‘very good’ for aesthetic condition and to me it looks brand new! It arrived on the date it was estimated to be here which I was very happy about, and extremely well packaged with its own box and blasting screen protecting. The iPhone also came with a charger lead, charger port and headphones. It’s unfortunate the wires on headphones were bends due to the way they were put in the headphone case, the right earbud rattles from some reason, and honestly they feel like Poundland quality. Although the headphones work, but they would be unhelpful with speaking on the phone with headphones in. This was the first purchase from this site and my first time purchasing this model of iphone and the experience and everything has been great apart from this one thing. Better quality headphones that come with the phone, that work the same to iPhone headphones would not only be supper helpful to future customers, but would also ensure that the wouldn’t need to spend more money on headphones in the long run. All in all thank you for your great service!! Will be recommending to others for sure! ☺️

The phone appears to be faulty

The computer is in Spanish. I live in England and cannot read or speak Spanish. I was given instructions in how to convert to English. It did not work. Google said to download a language pack. It did not work. Google said to update Windows. Two hours later and it still did not work. I have a computer I cannot use. I am waiting to see if I can send it back and get my money back. Back Market is not what it seams. I have to contact the seller direct. Back Market is just a broker and no help at all.

Great condition, highly re

It said on the website that the phone was in "good condition", but it arrived in almost perfect condition. There were just a couple of small scratches. I replaced the battery after two years of use and to this day (October 2023) it still works perfectly.

Perfect, the phone came in excellent condition and has given me very good service these three years. It has not lasted longer because I dropped it by accident and broke the audio inputs, charger and screen, a shame because it is one of the best phones I've ever had.
