2.5 years on and this iPhone 8 is still amazing. Battery life still at 100%. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. Used Backmarket for buying my husband’s iPhone 10 and my MacBook Air. 🤩

I bought one of the best condition iphone 8's on the site. It arrived promptly and looked brand new. I only use it for basic phone and social media stuff but so far it has worked perfectly and on my experience I have already recommended buying from black market to someone I know.

My wife’s previous phone was a Nokia, so this was a complete change for her. But after a bumpy start she’s a real happy bunny with her new iPhone XR, smooth,silky and easy to use. Delivery was quick with no problems at all. Couldn’t be happier.

I'm really pleased with the recent purchase of an iPhone X from Back Market. The delivery was speedy, and the phone arrived in fantastic condition. This definitely restored my faith in buying refurbished phones, as I had recently bought the exact same phone from another company a few weeks prior to this, which had issues from the day it arrived. The phone arrived with a charging cable and was up to the promised standards in terms of its physical condition. I've been using the phone for a few weeks now and its worked flawlessly. It even came with a case and glass screen protector. Overall, a great service, and one that I will recommend to friends/family when they look to purchasing a phone in the future.

Quality is great. Barely would know it’s a used phone. Looks like new. Good value for money. Quick delivery. Fantastic customer service. No faults or problems. My partners son is delighted with his phone.

This iPhone has very bad screen resolution, I have an Apple notifications on the display saying the display isn’t genuine, so clearly the refurbish iPhone using cheap third party screens, be careful because it really affect the experience you have using the phone. All texts are not sharp enough, the letters are blurry, not good resolution of display. Apple advise that it may affect touch as well, so I asked for full refund and I can send them item back , no problem. It was £650 iPhone 11 Pro, which I could get cheaper from ebay probably, but I believed it was trusty website listed only genuine products, but it’s not! Very upset!!!

I ordered an iPhone 11 from back market in ‘pristine condition’. Cosmetically the device had minimal damage - a few hairline marks on the sides and screen- so I have been satisfied with that. However, I have had the phone less than a month now and I am starting to notice technical issues with the device that would suggest that this device is not “pristine”. First of all, compared to my partners shop-bought iPhone 11, the camera is way off. The quality is nowhere near as crisp, and the zoom lens is much more pixelated. I’ve had a play around with all of the settings and I believe this might be more of a display issue rather than the camera itself. The photos are not as near saturated or high definition on my phone compared to his. Secondly, the battery health on this device says 86%, but after around 30 minutes use the phone gets unusually hot on the back, and I have noticed that compared to my previous phone 8, the battery dwindles much much faster from full charge. Other small glitches such as my gps location always being off, and having interrupted signal add to the feeling that this device wasn’t fully quality checked when it was refurbished. iPhone 8 purchased, advertised as in excellent refurbished condition. Developed problems with battery in just under a month. Returned and replacement sent after lengthy support exchange. Replacement developed problem within 24 hrs associated with low battery impedance. Apple advised problem is due to old battery or poor quality replacement battery. Still awaiting refund. Will not use again and has put us off using Back Market in the future. Would question quality of refurbishment by suppier Update; supplier now saying we damaged the phone SIM tray before return, which we did not! Refusing full refund. Do not deal with them dishonest seller

The product is just as described and I have had no issue so far. My only slight complaint would be that I received an Apple charger with the phone which is, of course, incompatible. That being said, this wasn't much of an issue.
