The computer arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Everything works perfectly. One small downside: the keyboard was set to qwerty, and without knowing it, I had a hard time changing my password back to azerty. Despite having the keyboard selected in French, I had to do Control +£ to get the @, but to get the #, I had to switch the keyboard back to English. Now that I've got the hang of it, it's OK, but I had a few spikes of tension at the time... I also had a few bursts of juice when I first charged it, but it didn't happen again after that. Overall, I'm happy with it because it does the job!

Wow, I was a bit doubtful But it arrived perfect, except for a scratch on the shell where the logo is but nothing that compromises operation and I must say it was worth it with the savings I got! We are second life to products that are worth it! Great

The Macbook Pro is almost perfect. I'm working on it and so far it runs like a charm, ... but only yesterday I noticed not a scratch but a blow that received on the back at the hinge a blow hard enough to lower that point of 0.5mm ... the purchase was made in the 'excellent condition' category ready for possible scratches ... but not visible marks from more than 5 feet away ... I'll premise that the computer was used with a military style protective shell, fitted as soon as I received it (if it had been dropped or hit by something I would have noticed). I'll still keep it because it gets the job done... though.... For the rest I thank Back Market and advise those who receive products to inspect them thoroughly.

MacBook corresponds to its description and works very well after 10 days of use. The charger has a few scratches but this is negligible. Delivery was very quick. The packaging could have been more padded, I think, but everything seems to have gone smoothly in transit.
