The packaging was very good..... given it came from Poland it was packed for transit well.... on opening I was pleased to see the great condition the phone was in..... it looked spotless so was very pleased.... they even packed a box with headphones in. Having now set the phone up with a sim snd updated the IOS I can say it’s been smooth..... Of course only time will tell with use but initial feelings are extremely positive.

Decent price with good packaging and a few extras thrown in. Phone is in the condition advertised with a good battery.

The truth is that I was surprised the watch is completely new wherever you look at it the battery is 100% is the first time I buy a reconditioned product without a doubt I will repeat.

Fear when ordering (it's a lot of money), fear for the seller and more if it comes from Hungary, but everything went great!!!!. Brand new. 0 charge cycles and 100% health. It works and the terminal is in absolutely impeccable condition. It has been very worthwhile. Shipping in three days and not two, but everything great 🥰.

It is the second terminal that I buy with the same characteristics as the previous one. It is in perfect condition both aesthetically and battery and even performance. It's worth giving a second life to phones like this that for me are ten. Five stars for Back Marquet and five stars for the phone. I would buy again without any hesitation.

Fast delivery after just 2 days. Not in OVP but in a sturdy special box. Not an original Apple charging adapter. The replacement works perfectly. The Apple Watch 9 really excellent as ordered. Maybe even unused as no signs of use and battery 100%! I am very satisfied. I already bought 2 Watch 6 for my daughters here two years ago. No complaints so far. This is the second time I've bought a refurbished phone from Back Market and once again I'm very satisfied. I kept my first purchase for 5 years and decided to change it for a more recent phone. I haven't found any problems with my new phone. It works very well. I received it very quickly and was kept informed from start to finish.

Absolutely stunning, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 512Gb and 12Gb RAM, excellent condition. Doesn't look like it has been used by anyone. Appearance, exactly the same as out of a new box. No frills and a brown Backmarket box. But it's the device that's of interest, the box ends up being recycled in the blue bin. I wasn't very confident at first and was wary, but it's really reassuring to know that you'll get your money back if things don't work out. My personal experience has been excellent and I will repeat. Other users may not have been as fortunate with the condition of the product, but I will definitely repeat with other devices. After almost two weeks of intensive use, the phone is as good as new.

Perfect, I was reticent because when I placed the order I saw that the reconditioner was located in Poland (rated 4/5) and the packaging for the watch was very light. Surprise! Excellent appearance (perfect condition) and smooth start-up with 100% battery (state of health of the battery). Excellent value for money. I'm withdrawing one star because the charger supplied new is of very poor quality (very slow charge or non-existent I'll have to replace it) and usb A while this model is sold since 2021 with usb C.
