Quality very good, some scratches but all working fine 👍🏼 Battery in perfect condition. The only problem is that it’s a Japanese iPhone and I can’t turn off the camera sound 😅 Overall very good website for refurbished iPhone, delivery super quick and all good! I recommend it

This was a Stallone grade phone that came in pristine condition. Delighted. The downside was delivery. It took over a week and the courier said he called at the house, but we were in and heard nothing. When he redelivered. Later in the week he clearly didn’t give a 4 X ! Shocking ineptitude and rudeness.

I have had reconditioned phones before and this one is the worst one I've had. don't get me wrong it looks good but the battery is rubbish and I don't know until I ordered it that it was coming from Italy

Great for the money looks like a new screen, slight dents to edge frame,better reception than my old iPhone 6, battery life as good if not better.. why spend more? ( ok , I know ‘gaming’ and ‘streaming’ is some people’s priority, but I just want a ‘phone..thanks Greg. ( head of customer jubilation)

the product itself was ok until the i-pad went into meltdown,,couldn't be fixed and no replacement was available or offered ,,,,, most annoying,,, but the service along the way was exceptional ,,,
