I recently purchased a refurbished laptop from Back Market. The product was marketed as being in good condition. The laptop arrived in a couple of days and on time. Upon opening the condition was definitely at the top end of being good. The laptop was very easy to set up, helpful step by step instructions were available as soon as I logged on. I have now been using the product for a couple of weeks and am really happy with the purchase.

Laptop delivered quicker than anticipated, after just a few days. It was very well packed and protected against damage. Device is practically unmarked without any signs of previous use. I’m only just beginning to learn how to use it (I really need to find a Windows 11 instruction book) but so far the software appears faultless and the speed is impressive. I deliberately chose a high-spec model and all the additional functions I wanted seem to be working fine (e.g. touch screen, backlit keyboard). I’ve only had it for 2 weeks but I’m very pleased with it so far and feel optimistic that it will match if not exceed my expectations. If so, it will be a good buy at around half the price of a brand new one.

Great service and price. The computer arrived quickly and very well packaged. Having plugged it in it works perfectly and is infinitely faster than my previous model which was a reconditioned dell in 2016. The computer was classified as good condition but I cannot find any marks that would bowngrade it from axcellent. I can highly recommend Back Market.

Great! I am very pleased with the laptop. The charger is useless though (has an adapter) and just doesn't work. I'd really rather them not send something that won't work and will have to be disposed of by customers. You will have the policies to do this more carefully and sustainably. If it can't truely be reused don't send it out.

After a disappointing first attempt with an another model that I had to send back, I am more than happy with my purchase this time! The device came in really quickly and everything is perfect. It was rated as only 'good' in its condition, but came in absolutely spotless. It's convenient to use, the battery lasts for ages, and it does everything I need to do quickly, efficiently and reliably. Very happy and will definitely recommend orders from this site. Noticed some rattling when removing from delivery packaging. A screw from the covering panel had come loose an was inside the PC. Easy to remove and reseat myself. Device works perfectly. Been using for a week with no issues at all. No visible wear on the device.

Very happy with the Dell Latitude laptop I bought. It was listed as ‘fair’ condition but the only flaws I can see are two tiny nicks in the case - barely visible. It works perfectly.

Arrived on time, monitor adapter & Usb WiFi dongle supplied Was expecting Windows 10 but came with Windows 11 Faultless for the price but only used a little for back up & photo stuff If all keeps going well bargain of the year

Great condition and is good way to get good specs for cheaper. I've used back market multiple times for computers and phones and never been disappointed.
