    I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max in “Fair’ condition I was expecting the phone to have general wear and tear marks and scratches etc as the fair condition states on the Back Market site. The phone I’ve received from this particular refurbisher is in far better condition than I was expecting for a “Fair” graded phone and has exceeded my expectations. The screen has no visible marks or scratches at all, the phone body has some light marks from previous use but nothing serious at all just light rub marks from a case that’s previously been on the phone by the looks of it. Battery health is 87%. I’m very pleased with the phone I placed the order on Friday at 12 noon and it arrived the following day at 10:30. Thank you so much.

    I bought a Google pixel 6 good condition and could not be happier with my phone. Condition is better than good, battery is fantastic and the phone feels like a new phone. This is my 3rd phone from back market and I will most definitely be coming back for another one!

    Arrived in good time. The phone works very well with a good battery. The condition was rated as good, but actually looks better. Thanks for the mini pack of haribo that was included. I can't think of anything negative.

    Very pleased with my new phone. I was a bit apprehensive about what condition the phone would be in. However, I didn't need to worry. There was one minor mark on the rear, but that's it. It's almost a brand new phone. The delivery was quick. My phone arrived a day before schedule. Thank you. Very happy with Back Market.
