I bought a premium iPhone 16 on Saturday, and it arrived on Monday. It arrived very well packaged and with all the things that it needed to arrive. Apart from this they sent me a cable and guidelines about how to set up my new iPhone, which I loved it. In the details is love and good customer service. Now I can enjoy of my new iphone, don't be scared of by a refurbished iPhone, they look like new.

I chose the ‘Good’ condition with a new battery, but the phone looks excellent—with just a few small scratches. It came with 100% battery health, a screen protector, and a phone cover. The phone was ready to use straight out of the box, which was perfect. I love it.

Bought a refurbished iPhone 14 with a new battery. Phone works exactly as expected, is in really good condition, and was delivered quickly. Extras sent that were not ordered, eg a phone case. Great experience, would recommend

omg.. I received my phone today and wow, firstly it was packed well, and secure. secondly it came with a free case. ( winner ) thirdly the phone is in immaculate condition, not a single mark on it, it works perfectly. I am absolutely buzzing, the price was good 👍. more people should shop here for there devices.... why are you not.

I got phone for my daughters upcoming 16th Birthday. I can honestly say the phone looks brand new, no scratches plus I got a protective case which I was not expecting. This was my first purchase after seeing ads online and wont be my last. I must admit I was a little skeptical with buying tech online but all that went away once I received the phone and was very impressed with the quality. I shall definitely recommend anyone to come purchase especially when on a budget its really worth it.

I was given a free case and a screen protector already on the new phone, which I thought was very generous. It works amazingly, although there are some small scratches near the rear camera (but it hasn’t reduced the camera quality and it’s covered by the case they gave me so it’s unnoticeable). I’m very happy with my purchase and will buy refurbished phones in the future

I purchased this as my poor iphone 6s is no longer supported and can no longer run the apps. I thought that iphone 12's functionality would suit my needs so purchased one in excellent condition with a standard battery. I am so happy with my purchase! The battery (which was my main concern, buying secondhand) is great and lasts a whole day with normal use - I work through my phone a lot so constantly need to access docs via apps etc. I haven't run out of charge yet on a full day's use so 5* for that! The phone is also in excellent condition, as advertised, and I love the green. It came with a dark green case too, which I will use when working outdoors. I purchased a second, clear case with screen protectors too for general, everyday use and both are equally good. Would definitely recommend buying from Back Market!

This is the fourth device I’ve ordered from Back Market, as I’ve been helping members of my family to upgrade unsupported devices. I’ve received great service and quality devices every time. In this instance, the device was immaculate condition, pre-fitted with a screen protector and came with a case and lightning-USB cable and SIM tray tool. Everything needed to start using it straight out of the protective box. The refurbishing company really did a fantastic job :-) The recipient of the device is really pleased with it and I’m happy to help them, while supporting the mission to reduce e-waste.
