    I purchased an IPhone SE (2020) in ‘Good’ condition to replace my very well used IPhone 6. I was rather nervous about ordering a refurbished second hand phone but I needn’t of worried! Ordered on a Saturday morning and it arrived the following Monday, never received such fast delivery especially over a weekend. In much better condition than I expected, only a couple of specs here and there but hardly noticeable. Packaging was excellent. Came with a charging cable, Sim eject tool (very useful) and fitted with a screen protector. A real bonus, thank you! Overall very pleased with my purchase.     Hi - I ordered an "excellent" condition iPhone 12 128GB from Back Market. Previously I had an iPhone SE so despite being quite an old phone now the iPhone 12 was a big step up for me. I'm enjoying the significantly better camera and the larger screen. Also I'm not missing the home button. The phone was pretty much as I expected and was in very good condition. There was one noticeable scuff mark on the lower outside casing but apart from that the phone looked as new. The battery runs down a little quicker than my iPhone SE but nothing significant here. Overall I'm delighted with my purchase and will definitely be recommending Back Market to anyone in the market for a refurbished phone. I will no doubt be looking to upgrade in the next year or two and will definitely be revisiting Back Market to see what is available.

    I was a bit sceptical to purchase a refurbished phone, especially via the Internet. However, I must say it was an incredibly excellent experience. The iPhone 13 mini was delivered within two days. I paid for excellent and yes it was indeed excellent, not one scratch. And 100% battery life, I’m about to buy an iPhone 12 now from this company. Thanks a bunch!

    Bought two IPhone SE (2020) for the kids and could be happier. Firstly the price was very good. Best we saw for the refurbished ones we wanted. Delivery was very quick. The product was excellent. I left it a little late to open the packages, and was thinking about ordering a case. Not only were they both in amazing condition but they came with a screen protector (already attached), a case, a cable and a stylus. So impressed. I will be back. Thank you for such an amazing produce and equally good service.

    I ordered an SE22 refurbished in 'excellent' condition. It arrived ahead of schedule, and was soundly packaged. I would not be able to tell it was not a new phone! Being a novice regarding smartphones, it has taken me a while to fathom out all its complex capabilities, but I am enjoying using it and knowing that my purchase has helped the environment by saving wastage.     My previous phone packed up after several years. As I wanted to stay with Samsung S, getting to a reconditioned phone made sense as the price wasn't too much and the phone is great. I highly recommend using Back Market!

    I am pleasantly surprised! I had just ordered 5 refurbished samsung galaxy a51’s last month on amazon to give to my family in another country. Great price but there were multiple issues with the phone and 3 of them have stopped working. I was extremely sceptical with buying another refurbished phone. My daughter had been researching on this site to look for a phone for me to use. I placed the order yesterday was told that it would come next week but i received it next day! Absolutely fantastic. Straight out of the box it looks brand new, body is clean, no scratches it looks perfect 🥳 Honestly so happy with this purchase, would definitely recommend and i will be buying again soon !

    I recently purchased a refurbished phone for my partner. This is the second time I've bought him one, and I have to say that I could not recommend it more. The phone arrived within 24 hours and was exactly as the seller described it - in "excellent" condition. There was only one tiny scratch on the back, which my partner didn't even notice until I pointed it out. The phone is working perfectly, the battery is in good condition, and he is very happy with it. It's the perfect size that he was looking for.
