However, the items arrived ahead of schedule and were expertly packed for shipment. The iPhone was In immaculate condition with handy aide memoir providing information about transferring data from old phone to new and included a USB-C charging cable. Thank you for a quality used product at a very competitive price. Although not yet in use and time will tell this product could easily pass for brand new.

omg.. I received my phone today and wow, firstly it was packed well, and secure. secondly it came with a free case. ( winner ) thirdly the phone is in immaculate condition, not a single mark on it, it works perfectly. I am absolutely buzzing, the price was good 👍. more people should shop here for there devices.... why are you not.

I got phone for my daughters upcoming 16th Birthday. I can honestly say the phone looks brand new, no scratches plus I got a protective case which I was not expecting. This was my first purchase after seeing ads online and wont be my last. I must admit I was a little skeptical with buying tech online but all that went away once I received the phone and was very impressed with the quality. I shall definitely recommend anyone to come purchase especially when on a budget its really worth it.

THE GOOD This phone was sold as ‘good’ condition but in reality, it arrived in a ‘like new’ condition., complete with screen protector and a temporary case, sufficient to get me going. Refurbished Apple has always been the way forward for me so I’ll give Back Market another shout when the time comes. THE BAD Nothing wrong with Back Market, just Apple's insistence to force people further into holding a house brick in their hand. One day they will reinvent the wheel and relaunch a modern version of their old 4in screen models - which can't come fast enough for me.

I was so sceptical about refurbished phones, but thought to try to get one for my self,phone came in excellent condition,loked like new, no scratches or any other damages,super fast delivery. At first I was sceptical about buying refurbished phones online, but after seeing that most of the reviews were positive, I decided to buy the phone in premium condition which upon arrival was in premium condition! No visible scratches or damage on the front and back on the phone, everything in the phone is working, although I have noticed the battery is not quite as good as I expected it to be (but apparently you have to wait a bit after getting a new phone for the battery life to get slightly better, so I still have high hopes). Also, the top of the phone seems to get hot a bit quick but it is probably due to my usage so its not a bit problem to me.

So happy with my phone, it arrived quickly, works perfectly and there are no visible marks etc. I’m really glad I opted to get a new battery with it - I can’t believe how busted my old phone’s battery was in comparison 😅 Not going to lie, I was apprehensive about getting a refurbished phone but it turns out my worries were completely unnecessary!

I’m very impressed with my whole experience with backmarket, after purchasing a refurbished Iphone13. The delivery was excellent and well wrapped, and the communication was brilliant. Also I had my refund from my old phone as promised. I shall definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you. 🤩
