Good quality handset for a reasonable price - also delivered promptly. Couldn't have asked for more.

So much cheaper than buying the phone new...haven't tried dropping it yet, maybe I'll do an updated review when that happens, but I'm really impressed with the phone so far. It came super quickly, along with charger and earphones. However...the charger is for European plugs, not British, and the earphones broke after using them twice! But other than that all is good at the moment. Fingers crossed the screen is as good as it says it is... Thank you!

Hello, this is my third purchase from you. I had no problems with the first two. However, this latest purchase was not the same. There's still an Italian program in my memory that I can't delete (Start - red arrow symbol on white background). Another problem, which is more annoying, is that I can't connect to certain sites, sometimes displaying the message: "Your connection is not private" or "This site is inaccessible". For others, everything works fine... As I'm not a mobile phone addict in my daily life, I'm going to use it for my calls and texts, but overall I'm disappointed.

As described in the model description. However, the person I gave it to has a lot of problems with the touch screen phone and has gone back to her old phone. I think I'm going to sell this one and I also want to change my iPad. But apparently Backmarket sells doros but doesn't take them back.
