Hello, this is my third purchase from you. I had no problems with the first two. However, this latest purchase was not the same. There's still an Italian program in my memory that I can't delete (Start - red arrow symbol on white background). Another problem, which is more annoying, is that I can't connect to certain sites, sometimes displaying the message: "Your connection is not private" or "This site is inaccessible". For others, everything works fine... As I'm not a mobile phone addict in my daily life, I'm going to use it for my calls and texts, but overall I'm disappointed.

As described in the model description. However, the person I gave it to has a lot of problems with the touch screen phone and has gone back to her old phone. I think I'm going to sell this one and I also want to change my iPad. But apparently Backmarket sells doros but doesn't take them back.

Looks as good as new despite the warning of possible marks of use. It works perfectly. Nothing to complain about. Very satisfied with the purchase.

The handset is as described and works perfectly, and delivery times are respected. A telephone purchase that gives you both the feeling of having made a good deal and a good deed is rare!

I took back the model I already had but I can't work out whether the battery is really optimal? As for the rest, the service was fast and the phone looks as good as the one I bought. However, I am still surprised at the high price of this refurbished old model.

Hello, After a few days of use, I've noticed that the numeric keypad isn't working properly (it presses keys by itself, not very good tactile sensitivity in some places...). The connection sharing function cuts out systematically after 20/30 minutes. It's obviously not in "very good condition", so what can I do? Thanks
