Quality of the phone is perfect. I would have put the maximum happy face but for not receiving a genuine apple charger with it. In the ad it said screen protector provided. I just assumed this was one of the ones that could be installed onTo the phone and left for a long period of time, not just the piece of sticky plastic for delivery. Delivery was amazing. I genuinely thought I bought the phone from a British website not realising it was a European site. Thought during this virus it would take weeks if not months to arrive. So was more than happy with only 2 days to arrive from Spain. Thanks Michael

Like a new phone, no scratches or dents. Started up ios 13 just fine, just needed to do some physical wiping since there was (Glue?) residue on the speakers. Im going to miss the headphone jack! Also, I’m not sure if Internet connectivity issues are because of the phone or because of the provider. Wifi connection and data cuts off after a while and runs again. I also needed to pick the phone from a supermarket instead of getting it delivered. Nevertheless, it’s still a good solid buy for 2020 (Esp because of the price!).

It felt like taking a new phone out of the box. Really close inspection needed to notice any signs of use.
