I shopped around for the best deal and ordered a ‘pristine’ iPhone XR. I am not disappointed the condition of the phone was exactly as described. My phone arrived in a plane brown box, with a brand new charger (generic), ear phones, phone case and screen protector.

Love this company. 2nd order with them and both phones have been exactly as described, good price, delivery has been super quick and communications have been informative, on brand and light hearted. Would defo recommend and will be using again when need arises.

I found BackMarket by accident and was initially suspicious as to whether the phone they sold would be as good as they said. It certainly is. It was spotless and "as new" and even came not only with a charger and lead but also a screen protector and plastic back case. AND I'm doing my bit to help recycling. Will certainly buy there again.

very pleased with my phone. i was a bit confused when my phone arrived and the info said i had to use a sim card from one of the countries listed. It would have been helpful to say the regional lock did not apply. I did get email response to my query.

Quick, efficient service. Phone delivered with a case and a screen protector! As well as the usual iPhone accessories : earphones and charger. The one (quite important) thing that was left out is the tiny pin used to put the chip in. I ordered a "mint" condition phone and I can attest I received a brand new handset. Lovely service!

Selected a ‘mint’ condition iPhone 7 and that was exactly what turned up. Very pleased and would use Back Market again.
