The iPhone 14 pro max arrived to me practically new! I have bought refurbished smartphones on other sites before but they had problems, so far this site is the best! Highly recommended

I wanted an iPhone 15 pro at the best price and I think I've made the best possible choice! It was my first purchase and the phone came with minimal signs of use and I feel like I have a brand new phone (I chose the "good" condition). I LOVE my purchase and highly recommend it!!!!

Honestly my experience with Back Market was great! I got my new iPhone 15 pro just 2 days after ordering - super fast and easy delivery. The phone was in amazing condition and the battery health was 92%, which I was really happy about. I'm really happy with the service overall - fast, great quality and super convenient. This is the second time I have bought from Back Market and the second time I have been truly satisfied. This time I bought iPhone 15 pro 256 GB in "excellent" condition, and apart from two microscopic scratches on the side practically invisible everything else is perfect: 100% battery with 27 cycles, everything working perfectly.

I am dissatisfied and feel cheated because when I ordered my iPhone 14Pro, the buy-back price for my iPhone X 256go indicated on your site appeared to be €36 and the returns slip I received indicated an amount of €10. If this is a mistake, I would like my request to be processed (impossible on your site/no section available for this purpose). If not, I feel that there has been deception because at no point is the difference in value explained.

Practically perfect phone, except for the display, which arrived dirty: it looks as if it had been 'cleaned' with something aggressive that left a sticky residue, very difficult to get rid of. Another sore point is the battery capacity: 86% is a bit lacking.

Disappointed because I had to charge every day, unlike my old S21 ultra, which I bought refurbished in 2023 and which lasted 48 hours (intensive use due to professional activity).

just a small scratch on the bottom of the smartphone but nothing embarrassing and above all it was expected. for the price it's a pleasure, the screen is impeccable, the battery is ok coming from an s9+ there is a little adaptation to have, the network is better, imagine. everything to please. although some items on the site are at the price of new when there is a price reduction as here I had 2 smartphones at the price of one sul ^^

The product was exactly as it should be Everything works and there are no signs of use unless you look very closely at a few scratches on the back cover but even those were under the protective cover 5/5 I am very happy with my purchase.
