A really fine bit of kit - kudos to the refurbisher! A teensy tinsy issue that occurred was remedied by alert staffers toot sweet. I wouldn’t buy my Apples from anyone else because I know Back Market service is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

What can I say? The iPad Mini is great and the service was exceptional. As I recall, it arrived the day after I ordered it. I paid a little more for the best condition, and it looks new. Works a treat and it's just what I was after. Full marks. I'll be back!

My 16 year old son lost his iPhone SE on a school trip. Buying a refurbished i-phone as a replacement seemed the ideal solution. I opted for a phone in 'excellent' condition and it truly was. No scratches anywhere and the screen was pristine. My son was delighted. It looked and felt like a new phone to him and was a definite improvement on his hand-me down SE. Buying a refurbished phone is something I had never considered before, but definitely something I will do again when my own phone 'dies'.

I love my new phone but to be honest it should have been advertised as fair ,it was a bit more scratched than I expected but a phone case hid that and the battery life is not brilliant but it’s a cool way to get a better phone without having to take out a second mortgage so I’m quite happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend any one thinking about getting a reconditioned phone,overall I’m happy

This was the 2nd time i got a product from Back Market and i must say, I am more than satisfied with the products and services.This time I got an iPad Air (2020) 4th gen 64gb (condition category - Good) for my wife as a gift. She was really happy with it. It was like getting a brand new iPad but for so much cheaper.

I Got the phone for my son's bday and its spot on no scratches and works fine. I spent more money on my phone which was second hand from a phone shop in town than what I paid for my sons iPhone 8 which is better than mine. In future I will be buying my kids phones from here. I will definitely recommend my family members n friends to get on this site before they look elsewhere. 100% recommend

I got this for my 11 year old daughter as I’ve the new iPad and she wouldn’t leave me alone as need it for work and other things the price is very reasonable.

So pleased with my purchase, I was really afraid that it wasn’t going to be in great quality but it really was. Packaged great and works so well! My son who is on the spectrum is sooo happy to finally have his own pad to do his alphabet and watch his favourite songs. Only think I am not pleased with is that I thought it would come with a charger wire but it didn’t. Other than that, super pleased and would most definitely purchase from here again. Have already recommended to loads of friends and family.

New (refurbished phone) arrived on time and when expected. Condition was advertised as very good but I struggled to see the minor blemishes and would have described the condition as excellent. Only minor niggle is the phone insists on telling me the battery is not a standard I-phone part but I’m sure if I tried hard enough I could get it to stop.
