Fantastic quality! I was recommended this store by my roommate and was delighted by the number of phones they had to offer as was as the quality that they came in! I couldnt recommend a service more, really happy with my order and I'll definitly be ordering from here again!

Product very good as described. Delivery a day or two later than expected, but still pretty good - 5 days from order to arrival This phone has great battery life when used for basic functions, which is what I needed. Have used Backmarket twice now and would again.

Good refurbished product-yes excellent condition. Easy to use once set up. Camera v good. Still waiting for the wallet & protectors.. this model is slim, small and I understand the glass would easily crack or break if dropped so I'm being very careful. I bought the iPhone 8 Plus in very good condition and to be honest it looked like a new phone. Not a mark on it. It came very quickly and I am over the moon with it. Would defo recommend the back market.

Wow! Such quick delivery! And - after the iPhone world - isn't Android - or at least Xiaomi's version of Android - a breath of fresh air! It's a joy to use. I suspect it's not really in your wheelhouse, but just in case the solution is on the tip of your tongue - Do you know what I might be doing wrong (when setting up Google Pay) when I get the following message: “Google Pay - couldn't finish setup. This phone can’t be used to pay in shops. This may be because it is rooted or altered in some other way.” Addition of a new credit card has gone through beautifully then at the final step I get the above message. (You wouldn’t have rooted the phone would you?)

Phone arrived promptly and in beautiful condition. Transferring my data was a little more complicated and I will have to pick a few technology savvy brains to complete the process. However, I thoroughly recommend Back Market as indeed it was recommended to me.

This phone is in great condition, in fact I can't see anything wrong with it even though the condition was described as 'fair. I am really impressed. It arrived very quickly, well packaged and even came with a charger. My son loves it. Thanks so much!
