My phone is absolutely immaculate I can’t say anything bad at all. The delivery was amazing 2 days I waited. It was so good I bought my son,brother and sister a new phone because it’s with klarna I can split the payments. None of them knew it was a refurbished phone and still don’t. I have bought them all in immaculate condition and all 4 phones have been perfect

Asthetically the iPhone 11 I purchased was like new which you would expect with it being sold in excellent condition. So far it appears to be working as it should, I'm always dubious about the battery performance on a second hand phone but it seems to be working as you would expect for a newish/new phone. Although, I've not checked the performance against the manufacturer specs. All in all, I'm very satisfied with it.

It was my first time buying a refurbished phone from Back Market so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was kept informed at all times on order confirmation, delivery timeline and also delivery update. I also received a post delivery follow up as well. The phone that I received was in excellent condition and in 100% working order.

I needed to upgrade my iPhone 7 Plus so I chose the good condition iPhone 11 and there’s no noticeable marks, just a few little scratches where cable goes. Really pleased with my new phone and would definitely recommend this site

Amazing phone that arrived before it’s due date. Had it for a month now and it’s ace. So glad I got one refurbished. The Back Market app was clean and easy to navigate. The amount of emails I had was good, all of them reassured me that I was getting a very good phone and I never once panicked about my purchase. Thanks Back Market! :)

Had phone nearly a year still good

Immaculate and bought as 'good' condition, delivered on time and no issues. Definitely would not hesitate to use this site again. I have always bought brand new in the past so delighted!
