My Macbook Air 13-inch came quicker than expected and is in better condition than I expected. Apart from the lack of Apple packaging, there are no identifiers that this is a refurbished device. I am over the moon. Thanks Back Market for a brilliant service.

Getting a refurbished MacBook M3 was a really great process with Back Market. The device looked practically brand new. Well it did after I wiped it it down and gave it a clean. I got the second grade one due to availability but I was not disappointed. The Apple box it came it was a bit dinged up but not a problem. The money saved has really made a difference and would recommend the service to anyone.

Wow. Upon opening the parcel I was happy with the condition outside and on the face of the screen/keyboard. It's honestly a no brainer and I would certainly recommend fellow individuals to use this site to purchase tech. You get more than what you purchase and this the third item I've bought from BackMarket and I can say I'm certainly happy!

External cosmetic condition was more in line with “Fair” than “Good” as described in the listing, and it didn’t appear to have been cleaned before dispatch. However screen is in perfect condition and the laptop does appear to be fully functional (including the battery which is known to be an issue on the Razer Blade sometimes). Was also dispatched and arrived much faster than expected so was impressed with that. Still a great price considering the going rate for the model and spec more generally, so happy overall.

I bought and paid for a 15" surface laptop. what I received was a 13" so I have sent it straight back. I find it hard to believe a professional tech refurbishment company would not know the difference between 15" and 13" so I assume this was a deliberate ploy to con me.

The item came with a remote management system installed which rendered the item useless. However the condition and specifications of the laptop were correct. Just disappointing that unusable products are being sent to customers.
