I'm really happy about my iPhone 11 Pro. It is exactly what I wanted and Apple didn't sell it anymore. I would never have considered buying a refurbished model as I'm afraid of that kind of thing but a few friends persuaded me and I'm glad they did. I feel I've reused and recycled so that's good for the planet plus the phone is really great and half the price. The service was terrific. I'd put the wrong postcode on the form but they got back to me straight away when I told them and I received the phone the next day. All in all I'm really happy with this purchase. Thank you!

iPhones aren’t waterproof after being refurbished by backmarket. My phone’s ruined after a rainstorm - definitely won’t be using back market again anytime soon. 👎

I am very satisfied with my purchase! I bought an iPhone XS with the aesthetic condition "Fair" and the condition I received the phone is excellent. There are a couple of minimal marks on the back of the phone, but once I put a case on it, it practically looks like new. The phone works really well, the software, the camera, screen, buttons, etc. The only details is that the speaker does not sound high quality and I constantly receive a message from Apple saying that the cell phone's battery is not genuine (The battery has worked very well and lasts a lot, so maybe it is not really a problem ). Without a doubt, this BackMarket was a fairly inexpensive alternative to buying the new iPhone and I would certainly do it again :)

I was very excited to find this page with refurbished phones for a reasonable price. The i phone x pro max arrived in excellent condition ( no scratches or dents) but the touch screen wasn’t working so I had to send the phone back to be fixed or replaced. It arrived week later in very good working order so I am so far very happy with it. It was a bit of a hustle to find replacement phone for that week and to move all the data back and forward but it’s all sorted now. I am happy they fixed the issue with no problem but for future it would be good if they double checked the products before sending them away to avoid disappointment. Overall still good experience!

Was a bit skeptical buying from this site as I’ve never bought a refurbished phone before. It was very quick delivery. Not had any complaints about the phone from my mum yet, who I bought the phone for. I went for the “very good” condition; good quality for what you pay Would happily buy from these guys again :)

Not sure if I'm rating Back Market or the phone here. Can't fault Back Market, and will use again. The phone isn't as good as my old phone, but that's because it's a slightly newer model and I don't like the changes. It seems perfect though, for what it is. Only issue is it won't connect to my home WiFi when other devices do, so might need better signal strength than some other phones before it can connect. Would be really unhappy if I didn't have loads of mobile data to fall back on, but I do, so all good.

Being a cheapskate I got the aesthetic version which apparently can have big scuff, dents and scratches. It turns up the next day looking good as new! Recycling, cheaper - win win. Works like a dream too.

I am very pleased with the iPhone 7 32 Rose Gold phone I bought. Although it was classed as fair I was really pleased with the condition much better than I expected.The delivery was excellent even though I was practically snowed in.I would certainly use Backmarket again. Can I suggest a basic instruction enclosed, but that is maybe just me as I am older and never used an iPhone before . Thank you.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase, everything in the phone works absolutely brilliant and its performance is like brand new. The scratches in the body are really minor, probably the biggest one is about 1cm and you could only notice it with your nails but not with your finger tips. Nowadays everyone uses a case anyway, so it's nota an issue at all. Really really happy with the quality-price ratio because this phone is still a really good smartphone and upgradable to Android OS 10.

Having been stuck on Android for the last 4 years I was hesitant to get back to buying an iPhone . My kids told me the iPhone max xs 10 albeit a couple of years old was a great phone. The phone the service and customers service from back market are outstanding!
